Trustworthy Pet Sitter Who Treats Pets Like Family

I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years and have always had pets as part of my family. I recently lost my beloved senior dog, Ruby, who was 13, and caring for her taught me patience, gentleness and the importance of understanding each pet’s individual needs.

I’ve grown up with dogs, cats and my family has also had hamsters and rabbits. I’m the kind of person who naturally connects with animals — whether that’s earning the trust of a nervous pet or trying to befriend the neighbourhood cat!

Friends, family and neighbours have always relied on me to walk, feed, administer basic care and give lots of love to their pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own and understand how important it is for owners to feel confident their pet is safe, happy and cared for.

I offer flexible, reliable pet care and am available every day, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, to suit your pet’s routine and your schedule. I understand how important consistency is for animals, and I always aim to follow their usual routine as closely as possible.

Home visits:

During home visits, I can pop in to feed pets, refresh water, change litter trays, administer medication if required, and spend quality time with them to ensure they feel comfortable and settled. I’m happy to stay for 30–60 minutes per visit, depending on your pet’s needs. I can also water plants, bring in the mail and check the home while you’re away.

Dog walking:

I offer dog walks of up to 1.5 hours, tailored to your dog’s energy level and preferences. Walks can include local parks, nearby green spaces, the local lake, or trips to Epping Forest, providing safe, enriching exercise and mental stimulation.

House sitting:

I offer house sitting for both dogs and cats and am able to stay in the owner’s home to provide continuous care, companionship and overnight supervision. This allows pets to remain in their familiar environment, reducing stress.

I am comfortable administering medication and have experience doing so with my own pets. Your pet’s health and wellbeing are always a priority.

Home security:

During house sitting, I take home security seriously by ensuring all doors and windows are locked, alarms are set as instructed, curtains are opened and closed appropriately, and the home looks lived in. I always treat your home with respect and care.
