My name is Laura Reeson and I’m a dedicated and passionate individial with a T-Level in Animal welfare and Management, backed by 2 years of hands on experience working in a doggy hotel and daycare. During this time, I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, gaining real confidence in handling, behaviour understanding, and ensuring every dog feels safe, happy, and well looked after.

Working in this environment has taught me how to read a dogs body language greatly and I've also been trusted with daily feeding routines, including handling medication and understanding all sorts of needs.

Alongside my daycare experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of animals, giving me a well-rounded understanding of different needs, routines, and personalities. I pride myself on being reliable patient, and genuinely caring, always treating every pet as if they were my own.

I offer dog walking services ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, tailored to suit your dog’s needs, energy levels, and routine. Whether your dog enjoys a calm, steady walk or something more active, I adapt each walk to them, making sure they get the right balance of exercise, stimulation, and attention.

I have strong experience handling different behaviours, including nervous, excitable, and reactive dogs. I personally own a reactive dog, which has given me valuable, real-life understanding of how to manage triggers, stay calm under pressure, and keep situations controlled. Through my daycare experience, I’ve also dealt with dog altercations and have safely separated dogs when needed, always prioritising safety and reading body language early to prevent issues where possible.

For cat and small animal visits, I provide calm and attentive drop-ins tailored to your pet’s routine. A typical visit includes feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, and spending quality time with your pet, whether that’s play, enrichment, or simply giving them company and reassurance. I understand that cats in particular can be sensitive to change, so I make sure visits are relaxed, gentle, and suited to their personality.
