My name is Lydia, I am a 28 year old female with a LOVE of cute pups and cats! My family home and I have long been fostering for Sunshine Cat Rescue, a very worthy charity. We take in old cats that are spending too much time alone in shelters or those in pain and with relatively little time left. It's extremely rewarding both for the animals but for myself too. In light of this, I have taken in several animals now which were either blind, deaf or have had cancer and/or arthritis and I understand that each animal will have varying degrees of some or all of these medical conditions. For this reason I am understanding and able to take walks at the pace of the animal and not expect them to keep up with a set speed! I have 12 years experience dog walking (my own) and occasionally my friends dogs out but since my beloved Cavaschon Bailey passed I now no longer have a canine pall to accompany me on my ventures. I would love to walk dogs local to me that would otherwise be unaccompanied for long periods of time throughout the day. I am currently working part time, I teach privately at my home so have plenty of time to either pet sit or go out on walks at a time that suits you! No dog is too big, too small or too old, I open my arms out to all.
