After having used Pawshake myself to arrange sitters to look after my cat, I know the importance of having a responsible and reliable local sitter. I want you to be at ease knowing that your furry companions are being safely looked-after by someone who genuinely cares for them.&nbsp;
I am a part-time web editor for a charity and an after-school tutor (with enhanced DBS) working mainly from home. I have flexibility in my working day and would love to spend more of my time with animals.&nbsp;
I have grown up with cats and, over the years, have done dog-walking and looked after friends’ pets whilst they’ve been away. I also volunteer at The Moggery cat rehoming centre in Bristol, where I help care for the resident cats and kittens.
I can offer home visits and dog walking within the local area. During visits, I will make sure your pets are well-looked after, whether that means they want to play, be brushed or stroked, or simply have some company. I will make sure their food and water are replenished, and dishes and litter box cleaned. I will always send you updates with photos of each visit, to make sure you feel reassured that your pet is safe and well. I’m also happy to do any other small household tasks, such as watering the plants (I love gardening!), so please just ask.&nbsp;
I’m located in BS9 and can only do very local visits. I am happy to travel to anyone within a 10-minute cycle ride. Please do let me know what area you’re in, so I can check if it’s feasible.&nbsp;

To add more about myself, as a lifelong animal lover with a particular care for cats, my passion for pet sitting comes from my upbringing. From growing up on a farm surrounded by animals to moving to a bustling city with pets at home, I've developed a strong understanding of their unique needs and behaviours. With previous experience in pet sitting, I bring a lot of knowledge and dedication to providing exceptional care for your beloved pets. I prioritise the physical and emotional health of each pet entrusted to me, ensuring they feel comfortable and content throughout their stay. Additionally, I maintain a clean and secure environment, regularly monitoring their behaviour and attending to any special requirements or concerns to guarantee their happiness and welfare.

I have always helped my friends or neighbours take care of their dogs and cats. I love taking care of pets because they make me feel happy whenever I see them jumping around or laying on my thigh which motivates me to do my stuff as well. I can say I'm more of a cat person because I find cats cute but I take care of dogs more than cats because I understand usually cats can just stay at home and they don’t need to go out for a walk, so that's why it's rare for a cat owner to ask someone else to help them take care of their cat. 

Here’s my schedule for pet sitting (it’s different for cats):
Morning: Once I wake up, I will bring the dog out for a walk immediately in Clifton Downs then come back for breakfast. So the dog will be eating at the same time as me. If it’s raining, then I will walk around my neighbourhood because the mud in Clifton downs is too wet.

Afternoon: If I’m going out to do groceries then I will bring the dog out with me and I normally buy my groceries in the Clifton supermarket so I will call my friend to take care of the dog outside the supermarket. Otherwise, I will just play with the dog in my flat.

Evening: Before I sleep, I will bring the dog out for a short walk again. For the sleeping place, I will just let them decide where they want to sleep in the room. They can sleep with me on the bed as well if they feel comfortable sleeping on the bed.

	•I will also take a picture each day and send it to you for an update.

Hey I'm Natalia! I am in my final year of studies at University of Bristol.
When I was doing my year abroad, I joined my friend a few times whilst she was walking a dog through Pawshake. I absolutely loved it! And now I would like to try it out for myself. 
I have a dog of my own, my beloved Jack Russell cross, for 8 years now and she's my life. I live nearby a park, a great park for a dog walk. I have, in the past, pet sat my neighbours dog for a few hours so I am happy to house sit as well :) 
I grew up surrounded by animals. We even had a pet bird when I was younger. I would visit my great nana in the countryside and always look forward to play with her cats, dogs and even chickens haha. 
Whatever your pet needs, I am happy to provide. Even if it is a quick 20 minute walk or a few cuddles to keep them company! 
Dogs bring me loads of joy and I would love to make a dogs day by taking them out for a walk or spending time with them :)

Pet sitting is funnily enough a dream come true for me. I have had cats and loved animals my whole life and the feeling has always in my experience been very mutual. I've earned the nickname cat whisperer by my friends and family and for good reason. I can't see a cat be it in the street or at someone's house without insisting on going over and fussing it, much to the annoyance of anyone I'm with. Recently I went travelling and one of the highlights of my whole 4 month trip was the sheer amount of animals I saw and made friends with, which was every single animal I saw. As the photos of me with animals should show, anyone's pet who is looked after by me is going to be looked after as well as physically possible and will get plenty of love and attention rather than just being fed and watched. As much as I do not have any previous experience looking after cats this is only because I've only recently been told about people doing it through apps like this and as soon as I heard I knew I had to sign up because id probably look after pets for free to be perfectly honest so for money I will absolutely give 110% to looking after any animal.

I'm happy to look after pets in other peoples homes, overnight and only in the day whichever is preferred,and also in my own with enough notice. I will feed and properly give attention to pets and to any special needs that they may have. 

Hi, I'm Anna  I offer dog boarding and walking in North Bristol. 
My boyfriend and I have been looking after dogs for a couple of years now. We also have two lovely dogs of our own! 
We have recently moved into our own little house in Henbury, and so having more space means we can look after your dogs again. 
We've both grown up with pets (me, a border collie and a schnauzer and my boyfriend two labradors and three cats), so know we can take good care of your pet while you're away, give them tonnes of love and put your mind at ease. 
Just a couple of things to note... 
- We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so your dog will need to be okay with a sociable household! 
- The dog needs to be toilet trained. 
- I also ask that you provide dog food for your dog. 
We live near a large amount of woodlands and very close to Blaise Castle Estate, perfect for dog walking come rain or shine.
