My name is Philippa and I am a cockapoo and previously cat owner before she passed away last year. I live just outside Kenilworth and am looking to spend some more time with cuddly friends then I already do! I am a student at Nottingham University studying Liberal Arts and miss my pup very much when away in term time. I have also cared for my dog alone for weekends at a time. My priority is to help owners feel comfortable and free to do other things knowing their animals are safe in my hands. I will handle each situation with calmness and kindness placing careful attention to each animals needs. I will also be readily available to contact, sending many photos and messages to keep owners in contact. As a student I am looking for some extra spending money so will not be charging highly! With a genuine passion for looking after animals I am trustworthy and gentle enough to care for many types of animals big and small. Let me help you and your pets have peace of mind. My love for pets has been lifelong, as I have looked after family pets, and now my cockapoo Josie. This is why I would love to be a pet sitter to meet more potential animal friends. I am a lover both of small and large pets as I used to have guinea pigs Mogo and Rainbow. Since getting Josie, however, who requires a greater level of care than guinea pigs, I have noticed that it is hard to ensure that your pet receives the highest level of care while working or studying full-time. Therefore, I am keen to become a pet sitter to help pet owners ensure their pet always receives the best, round-the-clock care. This way people can enjoy the companionship and learning experience that having a pet provides while also having other commitments. In terms of my professional experience in looking after animals, I have previously volunteered at Lucy Pet Carer which involved walking, playing with, feeding, supervising and cuddling dogs. Thus, I have both personal, professional and practical experience in caring for pets which makes me both responsible and loving as a pet carer.&nbsp;

I am willing to administer oral medication to pets if required.&nbsp;
Home visits: I can visit the home once or twice a day, and will be able to stay with pets for as long as needed. I can also perform housekeeping duties.&nbsp;
Dog Walking: I can walk dogs for as long as needed, either round the streets, forest or any other requested locations e.g., where they can go off the lead.&nbsp;
House sitting: I can house sit including overnight stays in which I can perform house keeping duties such as cleaning and keep the house secure.&nbsp;

I’m an international student from Singapore studying in the UK. My best friend and I love dogs, and we felt that this would be the perfect opportunity for us to spend time with a furry friend whilst we complete our studies abroad! 
We have dogs back at home and have experience taking care of them. I am a dog mom and have been the main caretaker of my Japanese Spitz, since 2017. As such, I have had ample experience dealing with roles and responsibilities such as: finding a diet and walking routine that suits a dog, grooming a dog (such as trimming nails, brushing teeth, and combing fur), cleaning after a dog, potty training a dog, and also teaching a dog to obey house rules - So, be rest assured they will be in great hands!
We can free up time outside of our academics to cater to owners’ work schedules, and we’re also very much capable of hosting longer stays given that either one of us will always be available to spend time with your precious one! Additionally, we have a fully-fenced backyard if any owners are interested in choosing boarding or daycare with us.
We promise that we will communicate with owners to thoroughly understand their dog's specific needs with regard to their health, habits, likes, and dislikes. Although we intend to enjoy the process and have fun, we will always prioritize what an owner wants for their dog.



Hi, I'm Karen a student at University Of Warwick and is currently living on campus. My motivaton to become a pet sitter is mainly cause I miss my shihtzu back home in Muscat,Oman. I had been actively taking care of my dog for 2years before I came to the U.K.&nbsp;&nbsp;
My style of taking care of your dogs would ensuring that they get  comfortable with me and look out for instances that could get them really anxious and try my best to avoid such circumstances. This is mostly cause my experience revolves around smaller aggressive breeds. I have not professional dealt with dogs as  in where my caregiving gets certified, but yes I have taken care of my neighbours dogs while they were aware.
And i do know that as a pet mom, you might be a bit anxious while handing over your pet to me; I shall ensure you that I would provide timely updates on how your dog is doing. As transparency is pretty integral for this to work out.
Unfortunately, I live in a student accomodation and I can not take your loved one inside my home. The service I can render now is dog walking.
For me this is mostly cause of my love for dogs and the monetary part comes second, I prefer dealing with vaccinated pets. I am flexible with my time ; especially in the mornings and could commit to it wholeheartedly.&nbsp;
