As for my experience, I owned a dog for six months. Her name is Daisy, and she is a mongrel. Unfortunately, because of the war in Ukraine, I had to move, so now she lives with another family. Of course, when you have just moved to another country, you are unlikely to get a pet while you get used to it and get back on your feet.
&nbsp;However, I miss the activities I used to do with Daisy: outdoor games, walks, etc. I miss this feeling of absolute happiness while spending time with my dog. But I can feel it while helping other owners with their pets.
I will be happy to help you if: 

  You need a person to walk your dog&nbsp;(for 1-2 hours,( £15 per hour) up to 5 times a day). I can take your dog for a walk nearby or the nearest park/quay.
  A person to visit your dog 1 or 2 times in your home;&nbsp;I’ll stay for an hour. Besides caring for your dog, I can also water your plants or collect your mail, for example.
  If you need someone to stay with your dog in your house while you are away. I am available for an overnight or an 8-9 hour day stay, which includes two walks. If you require a 24-hour stay, the price will be double.
  If you have any other instructions regarding home security measures apart from locking the doors, I will follow them to ensure the safety of your home.
  And I used to care about a dog with heart issues. He had to take one particular pill every evening. So, if your lovely friend has something similar, I can administer medications.

I am available the whole week, except Thursday, from morning until evening.
What I'm NOT doing: 

  Trainings or grooming 
  I cannot provide dog boarding or doggy daycare because my housemates are not comfortable with dogs in our house.


I'm Jon (34), an economist living in Kingston with my wife Celine (a solicitor, 33). We have a two bed house with a nice garden and bifold doors that are open from spring to autumn. We also live next to Fairfield park which is perfect for walks. I work from home 5 days a week and my wife 2 day so there is always someone here. &nbsp;
We recently fostered my friend's elderly cat Zibbi and miss having her in the house. She was very high maintenance as she needed a lot of meds and attention so we are confident that if we can look after her we can look after anybody.&nbsp;
I grew up with dogs and my wife cats and we just love hanging out with them. We don't yet have kids and our carpets and furniture are all a bit old and tired so we have the perfect house for pets to feel at home in. I think we have a window in our lives where things have come together so that we can pet sit and it probably won't be this way forever. Any pets that spend time with us will be showered with so much love and attention.&nbsp;
We’re both very active and always get our 10,000 steps in so any dogs staying with us can look forward to some big walks. We’re also not far from Richmond Park. We’re very open minded about the pets that come and stay with us. Obviously it will have to work for both parties and we'll be open about anything we are not confident with. We will need to take it slow to begin with and probably only work up to boarding with pets that we have got to know a bit. We'll also only be able to look after one pet at a time to begin with.

My name is Alice and I am a 22 year old Geography student. I live in Kingston upon Thames, right by Richmond Park and I have lived here for over 15 years, so I know it like the back of my hand! I am available for home visits and pet sitting in this area and I am willing to travel around 1-3km maximum.
I love animals. I have always had a cat. Her name is Missy and she is the cat in the photos on my profile ! I also love dogs, and I have been surrounded by my family’s dogs since a young age. I am a natural when it comes to animals because I am very calm and patient, and I love giving them cuddles. I am also very reliable and organised. I have experience feeding, giving water, walking, giving medicine and generally looking after both cats and dogs. I am happy to clean litter trays, clean and refill food and water bowls, give medication to pets and give them lets of attention and cuddles. I will also provide regular updates on how your furry friends are getting along.
My cat is very anxious and can be a bit aggressive so I am confident dealing with more nervous pets.
As a student, I am quite flexible and so I am often free during the day and in the evening on weekdays and weekends.

He really saved my life and brings me so much joy and happiness still to this day; I can imagine this is the same with your own pets so you wouldn't want me to leave them in the hands of a complete stranger who has no idea what they are doing. Rest assured - I have been around dogs all my life and have always had a love for them that's just kept thriving. I would want to care for you pet/s as I do my own following any training or rules you have in place for them. Id like to walk or care for them exactly how you would so that feel the most at ease and are never nervous. I have a canine first aid qualification with a certificate and I have insurance to cover me to provide these services for you.

I'm a 28 year old dog-lover currently living in Surbiton. I grew up in Brighton and moved up to Kingston for university 8 years ago, and never looked back!
I am self-employed and work from home, so have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to pop out whenever I like for a dog walk or home visit. I live with my dog Toby, and my husband in our semi-detached home, which has a large open plan space leading to a fully secure garden. Previous to owning my own dog, I have looked after the dogs of friends and family, and was a walker on borrowmydoggy.
The services I can provide currently are dog walking, home visits and day care. I enjoy long walks in the park or forest, and have a car so can take your pup on some fun walks a bit further afield! I can also offer urban walks or a stroll in a local park, depending on your dogs needs. If a short play session is more appropriate I also offer home visits, so if you have a puppy or senior dog I can keep them company for a while and have a good play!
If I'm looking after your dog for the day, they will be kept company by my own dog Toby, who loves to play. I have a large downstairs area where the dogs have free reign, which leads out to a spacious fully enclosed garden. Toby is very friendly, but can be seperated during the day if your dog needs some quieter time.
I am keen on training and learning fun tricks with my own dog, so do let me know if there are any things you are working on at home and I would be more than happy to maintain this training during visits, walks or day care.
