I've grown up with dogs since I was super young and previously owned two gorgeous beagles, one sadly passed away two years ago and the other moved to Australia with my mum last year so I'm in need of some fluffy cuddles! I looked after both dogs whilst working full time so have lots of experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I live in my own house with a garden which is fully secure and private and lockable and a lovely walking trail nearby and park. Dogs would only be in the garden with me most times. I live with my partner Thursday to Sunday (as he works away) and we love the outdoors! Happy to drive to more familiar places if this is what your doggo loves! I've only had experience with small and medium sized dogs and could take two at one time. In terms of availability I work from home 3 days a week and so can provide round the clock care except for a couple of hours for the gym (no longer than 2 hours). During day care this would not apply. My partner is back on a Thursday night to monday morning and so there would always be one of us to look after you furry baby in this period.&nbsp;
Happy to be flexible to the dogs need whether they're a little bit needy or need that extra bit of exercise.&nbsp;

I've been a huge lover of dogs since a very young age.&nbsp;Once I was into the working world I didn't think twice about what I wanted to do.&nbsp;I've worked in variety of different groomers, helped out in group walks, had experince working in a Kennels. I also successfully ran my own dog boarding business for just under a year back in 2019.In my house, we have a dog named Murphy and a cat named Burrito. They get on super well and they are really chilled so another dog in the home wouldn't be a problem if that's a service you require. My house has great parks and moors within a 2 mile radius. Dogs can practically have the run of the house, and can stretch out on our leather sofas and chill after a good walk.I can offer basic grooming, so if your dog gets filthy I can give them a bath. I can only administer medication as well if this is applicable.I offer:Dog Walking, allowing your dogs to explore areas in and around Wakefield, walks can be be for half an hour to an hour, depending on your dogs needs.&nbsp;Dog Sitting &amp; Dog Boarding means I constantly providing love and care throughout the day, allowing your dogs to play, socialise and, of course, plenty of naps.Included in Puppy Visits and Cat Visits I would fed them if that's needed. Allowing them to go outside for a trip to the loo and of course giving them a good play.My lifestyle is super flexible at the moment so I'm fully able to dedicate all my love to your pups!

We always had pets growing up. Cats, dogs, hamsters, rats, fish, lizards and worm snakes. I also went horse riding, cleaned the stables, volunteered as a farm hand and grew up wanting to care for animals. I actually became a portrait photographer so occasionally photographed them instead with their humans. But loved it all the same.
Im now a TV producer and work freelance. I have lots of free time in between contracts so want to care for animals again in my spare time. As well as looking to help foster for a cat rescue centre. I also want to help pet owners by giving the best possible pet care while they are away or at work. I have used this service myself and I know the worry it can cause trusting a stranger with your fur babies. I absolutely love animals, I'm neither a cat or dog person. I'm an animal person. I had a little ragdoll Siamese cross called Vivienne, but sadly at the age of twelve I lost her just before Christmas. I cared for her with IBD, giving her medication and special care. So I have experience with cats who aren't well.&nbsp;

Growing up my father instilled the love of animals in me and so I was allowed to have them and care for them in my room. From frogs, chickens, ducks and hamsters to rabbits, cats, dogs, and lambs. I love them all. Because the space we had wasn't too big I had to offer them a better life at the countryside once the farm animals were adults but cared for my cats and dogs until they passed the rainbow bridge. Moving away from my childhood I always had at least 2 dogs which I personally trained although I have no degrees for it, it's just a passion I research with every opportunity I get. I am the designated carer for my friend's and neighbours pets when they are away and I take my own 2 dogs to the park daily and tend to their grooming myself.I do work full-time Monday to Friday however I only go into the office 1 day a week which allows me to be flexible about the days I can care for more than my own dogs. All my weekends are available with some advance notice and I am open and willing to certain activities if your pet needs them.My dogs are allowed everywhere in my house and they sleep with us in bed or on the living room sofa, it's up to them to decide. I apply feeding windows for them but can also feed on a strict schedule as my previous older dogs needed medicines at specific times and take them for potty a few times a day and to the park once a day. Hello! I'm Meredith and I've been dogsitting for about five years. I'm a young professional who does mostly remote work, so I'm flexible with my schedule. I've dog sat for all kinds of dogs - small dogs, big dogs, rescue dogs, puppies, you name it. I love dogs so much that I have recently rescued my own! Due to my own dog having certain fears (scared of strangers) and needs, I'm even more experienced now with nervous and fearful dogs, and I have a lot of knowledge about training them to come out of their shell.
I'm available to look after dogs in my home, or come to your own home. Our home is a spacious terrace house with an open plan floor and a nearby park. I can guarantee any dog in my care will have a wonderful and safe time! They will most likely meet my own dog Casper, who gets on well with other dogs.
In your own home, I take great care to leave it how I found it, and adhere to any needs of your pets (including if you have pets other than dogs - I don't dogsit exclusively :) )
I am able to administer medication, and also provide some training if that is what you'd like. I also have access to a car for easier transport.
