Hi! I am Marli, a pet lover/ lawyer. I love dogs. Actually, I have one in Peru (my home country) that I miss a lot. Her name is Luna (that means "moon" in English). We used to be together all the time. But I had to leave her with my mum to come to the UK. I have been taking care of others' pets or my friends' pets to feel closer to my beloved Luna. My background: I grew up in a household with two sausage dogs and a fair share of a countryside life where I was surrounded by variety of animals, including 3 dogs and a 2cats.&nbsp;Since I moved to Edinburgh, in 2016, I've been missing the presence of animals in my life. On weekends I usually go for a longer walk/hike if weather appropriate.&nbsp;Dog boarding &amp; Day care: I have a fairly consistent schedule (waking up 7-8am when the first walk usually takes place, longer or shorter depending on the dog's routine; 10am-12pm potty break/1-2pm if I'm working away from home; 4-6pm short walk and final walk before bed time); eating times depending on the dog's routine&nbsp;Dog boarding drop off times after 4pm.Doggy day care drop off starts at 9am, pick up 5. 30pm latest.You must provide treats, food, nappies, poo bags, toys as per your usual usage.I share a flat with my friend, who is a dog walker. We have dogs around on a daily basis. Her dog is a female Germain pointer who is very friendly and well trained. She gets along well with other dogs and people, and is a great example for other pups for following directions and keeping things in order.When boarding a dog, it is important to create a welcoming environment, so I usually join my friend on some of her walks. This build the bond between the dog and myself, as well as allows the dogs to bond with each other in a natural setting (park, beach, etc).There are three locations where I usually visit when on a walk with a dog (Dalmeny park 5mins distance, pilrig park 10min distance, Holyrood park 15min distance) depending on the walk. On a weekend, I'd go to portobello 40mins away or new haven 30 away.It is important to provide any relevant information about your pet prior to booking (eg. Dietary/allergies, behaviours to look out for, does it get along with kids/people, etc). If the dog takes medication - a detailed description. Plus, emergency vet contacts for safety.

Hello, pet lovers! My life has always been intertwined with the joy and love pets bring. I am motivated to be a pet sitter primarily because of my genuine affection for animals. Having grown up with a variety of pets such as 2 dogs, 3 cats, and even 5 ducks, I've been imbued with a deep understanding and compassion for these wonderful creatures. I and my partner Annalisa have always been surrounded by dogs since we were kids. Back in Italy we ran together a small home boarding kennel for three years, in which we would took care of up to six dogs at one time. We loved looking after dogs, and it was a rewarding jobs, but then we had to put our love for them aside when we moved to Edinburgh and changed our careers.
Annalisa is graduated in "Dog breeding techniques and dog training" at the University of Pisa in Italy, and she also has experience as dog sitter.&nbsp;
I am at home and I have lot of time to dedicate to your dog, also I can offer dog-waking services and drop-in visits. Annalisa works part-time, therefore she might be unavailable sometimes.&nbsp;
We have a 13 years old Golden Retriever, so we can accept only dogs who get along with her and are not too eccited, full of energy or possessive.&nbsp;
We provide spare bowls for water and food, poop bagas and basic treats. Feel free to bring your own iterms, such as beds, towels, dog treats, toyes, etc... whatever your dog might need to feel more comfortable.&nbsp;
We live in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, surrounded by several green spaces. On thop of that, there is a huge park in 5 minutes walking distance. The are is closed to the Airport, which is perfect if you want to drop your dog and go catch your flight! :)

My country contains a lot of cats and dogs on a streets, I used to feed them everyday when I lived in Ukraine.^^ I used to help them when they needed.&nbsp;
All I could do is feeding pets but not take them to my house because I live in a place where animals are not allowed, unfortunately.
When I was away from my cat I had panic that my cat has not enough food and misses me and cries without me so I always needed (and still need) confirmation that she is ok. So I lmpw how hard it is to be so far away from your cat or any pet for a long time. It is really tough.&nbsp;

This is Joy. 
I adopted my pug about a year and half ago. The adoption happened in the mid of COVID, I was working in Film business and I was on a long vacation when he showed up, and it turned out to be the best vacation ever. I spent all my time with him, getting to know him, playing with him, walking him 3 times every day, seeing him make friends with other dogs in the community, recording his moments, learning every bit about pugs and dogs in general. 
All my close friends have dogs, so I get to play with them a lot as well. 
I have taken care of my neighbors' dogs, my friends' dogs while they are away, varies from checking on dogs at their place, feed and walk the dog, to having the dog in my place and take care of them. I am helping my friend in taking care of her dog at the moment. 
I love dogs to begin with, and with my pug's help, I'm obsessed with dogs now. I'm more than confident that I can take care of dogs, whatever their sizes or breeds, I also like to train dogs, and I'm blessed to have the chance to learn about them, their tempers and habits, and interact and befriend with them. 
Prefer not to have dog in my house, since there are two dogs and 1 cat already. But I can go over and stay at urs to take care of the dog. 

Hi, I'm Elaine and all though I've not got any experience in pet sitting a strangers dog I am very keen to start. I've grown up my whole life with dogs, hamsters and budgies around me and so when we got our own dog she was very much spoiled and loved from day one. 
My parents have always had dogs so myself and my brother grew up getting to love so many dogs, my favourite dog we had was called Nero and he was a greyhound so was like a horse to me when I was small. So now when they are away on holiday or need help if they are working late ect with there 3 large dogs I look after them for them and take them walks ect. 
At the moment I currently work in a kitchen in a school because it provides me with the holidays I need when my son is off school but it's not my dream job so I'm seeking something I enjoy which works around family commitments. 
I am a very outdoors person and love being out in my garden which myself and my husband have completely rebuilt ourselves since moving in nearly 8 years ago.
I am a happy outgoing person and like to push myself and like to give anything a go I'm also very hands on with stuff which is why my dream is to be my own boss one day. 
If I was to have the pleasure of meeting your dog and got to pet sit them I would show nothing but respect and get to know your pet in a very gentle and friendly manner then once they got used to me we can hang out, chill in the garden and go on lovely relaxed walks or just snuggle up for some cuddles. 
Me and my family live in a 3 bedroom house with fully enclosed back garden with decking we built and covered with artificial grass which we have our hot tub sat on in the nice weather, we have a huge side garden which is also fully enclosed and the tall gate can only be unlocked from the inside. We also have a large front garden but we only use that for playing football with the kids as it leads straight onto our driveway which is open at the end.
We have a dog crate if your dog is used to sleeping in one but if not then anywhere your dogs is comfortable they can sleep I just don't allow dogs on my bed as our dog doesn't get to she sleeps on a large dog bed in my room. 
My aim is to look after one dog maybe two if from the same home on days that I'm not working and because I get a lot of holidays from my work with it being a school then it would be when we aren't on holidays ourself ect. I can do overnights for 1 dog when I'm off and also dog walks too which I won't take any more than 1 dog as well as my own dog. 

I love dogs and have grown up around them my whole life. My family had a German shepherd when I was a kid and I loved to help with his training. Some of my best memories as a kid were with him. 
My family currently have a husky who I've also spent lots of time with before I moved into my own place. I'll often go on long runs with Kobi when I'm back home visiting
I now have a cavapoo with my girlfriend. His name is Hamish and he is 2 years old.
I'm very used to looking after and training dogs and absolutely LOVE their company. Hamish is fantastic with other dogs. He is very sociable and is an official Therapet at the school I work in. He comes in every Tuesday and Friday to help children with additional support needs. Any dogs under my care will be well looked after and spoiled! They will also have a friend to play with- Hamish loves everyone and he's always looking to make new friends! He is extremely well natures and will be a positive influence on any other dog  Hamish is so well behaved, he even comes on bike rides with me, in his K9 sports backpack! Check out the pics!
I live in the Swanston area so there are plenty fantastic places to walk your dog. I also have an enclosed garden for them to chill outside under my supervision.
I am happy to transport your dog with Hamish to go on short or long walks at varied locations. We often take him to Inverleith park, orchard park, crammond beach, Hillend and reservoirs in the Pentland area to mix up the environments ️ ️  
I frequently visit my parents in Linlithgow to see our family dog Kobi. We often go big walks around Beecraigs country park. 
I'm flexible with where to go on walks. Hamish is an excellent walking buddy for your dog! He will be friends with anyone!

I grew up on a farm in the United States where I lovingly handled chickens, cats, dogs and horses. Whether that be mucking out the stalls so the horses had a comfortable bed to lay down in, making sure our boston terriers had plenty of outdoor time to exhaust their loving yet hyperactive batteries, or if anyone was sick to ensure that the babies got the proper treatment.
Being far away from the farm that I grew up on has left a lasting hole in my heart, one that was filled with fuzzy warm dogs that wanted to kiss me because they are filled with love. Filled with the spurts of dopamine I would receive whenever I came home, greeted by the energetic excitement of the animals. Filled with a sense of parental love as I became a voice for them because they do not have one.
This is why I wish to become a sitter, because I miss my animals back home and want to extend my love for them to your pets. Growing up on a farm throughout my 30 years of being on it has offered me the privelege of taking care of 6 cats and 12 dogs. This meant I was responsible for walking, washing, training and feeding every one of them. This care extended to the slightly larger meadow puppies who weighed closer to 600 kg and were used for horseback riding. My experience in taking care of animals is vast as it has always been matched with my sincere love for them.&nbsp;
I take any and all animals, does not matter. Any chance I can get to see their tail wag, hear their bark, scratch their coat or throw their ball I will take it.&nbsp;
