"Have no hesitation whatsoever with leaving my dog with Mr and Mrs Ha. My dog is well looked after and is taken for walks which she enjoys. As well as a lovely home environment for my dog, she has also formed a bond with Mr Ha’s pet dog. There is a secure outdoor garden space and my dog is always fed her food and snacks. Mr and Mrs Ha are also flexible with timings and are always willing to answer any questions and queries. Definitely a 5 star home for my dog "

"Natalia is truly wonderful. From the moment we met her, we had a feeling she would be the perfect match for our little dog. He can be quite nervous around new people, but he warmed to Natalia straight away — her kindness and calming energy made him feel completely at ease. By the second day, his tail was wagging non-stop like a little helicopter!
We received regular updates and photos throughout the day showing everything they were getting up to, which gave us so much reassurance and peace of mind. It’s so clear that dogs in Natalia’s care are genuinely loved, well looked after, and given so much attention and affection.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and are already looking forward to booking with her again ♥️"

"Avery is a very sensitive girl with separation anxiety - it’s always made it challenging to find appropriate care. Chrissie is the perfect match for her, she understands and supports her in all the right ways. It’s great to see her happy, confident, wagging her tail, and making herself right at home. It’s the first time we’ve gone to pick her up and she’s not been waiting at the door anxiously for us to come back - she was off playing and having fun and took a few minutes to even realise we were there. Shes usually too nervous to pee, poo or eat in new places, but she had no problems at all settling with Chrissie. She loves Dolly and gets on well with Chrissie’s family. It’s been such a relief to find wonderful care where Avery is truly happy. Thank you Chrissie, Dolly and family for taking such good care of our baby dog ❤️"

"Laura and Kevin are great doggie sitters! Our Sheltie Keja had an amazing day when they got along very quickly :) Their attention to doggie needs, willingness to meet Keja personality and daily habits is very professional. Our doggie got a great treat with walks around the huge park next to their place, some fun in the garden with toys and treats on the way. "Hanna was an excellent sitter for our small older boy. As soon as we walked in he took to her. She was so calm, clearly loves dogs, gave us lots of info and asked all the relevant questions. "I feel very lucky to have found Sarah. Lola, my 1 year old cocker spaniel, was so well looked after and very content to be left in Sarah's care. It was clear from the outset just how much Sarah and her family love animals. I felt confident that Sarah had the knowledge and experience to provide the best care for Lola and I was kept up to date throughout the day with messages, pics and videos. "Loretta and her family gave my Leo a wonderful welcome at the pre-meeting. She is very warm and friendly and her home has plenty of space for the dogs. Loretta sent a list beforehand of bits I could bring along to make Leo more comfortable and communication was really easy. She sent pictures of him during the stay and he seemed very much at home. I couldn’t fault the care and attention she gave Leo. It was nice not to worry about him while I was out. I definitely recommend her!"
