Hello, my wife and I have owned dogs most of our lives. We are passionate about dogs in particular and our lives have revolved around them for the past two years that we have been dog walkers and sitters.
We have experience in looking after dogs of many breeds and different sizes, the sitting can be done in your home but not in ours unfortunately . We do not own dogs of our own at the moment and this allows us greater flexibility in doing this job for anyone who books us. Up until two years ago we had a Bassett Hound and a cocker spaniel both of them died of cancer within a year of each other, we now spend most of our free time with my daughter and her two miniature dachshunds who give us a great deal of pleasure. We know all dogs are different, some can be very uncooperative like our Bassett was and require patience and nurture, we are well up for the challenge so rest assured your pet is in safe hands.
We live in Boxmoor in Hemel Hempstead and are very close to good dog walking areas such as the moor, Westbrook Hay Roughdown common Gadebridge Woods,. Unfortunately as previously stated we cannot offer dog sitting or day care at our home .
You can be sure that if you book one of our services that we will care for your dog as if it was our own.

I have lived with cats most of my life. I currently have 1 cat who is a rescued cat. I took care of her from a very bad state and now she is a healthy and playful cat. I work for a Rescue team hence I know how to look after a cat and care for.
I have my own transport so I can travel 3 - 5 miles within Slough.

Hi I'm Fabio, I'm originally from Portugal but now living in London. I am 28 years old, work for a School and I'm a huge pet lover, growing up in a small village I was surrounded by lots of animals, we had dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, goats, pigs, cows, chickens. Now that I moved I only have my two lovely cats that I brought from Portugal. Tintim, he's 9 years old and Milu, she's 6 years old.
I want to be a pet sitter as I think it's a great way to spend my time. Also meeting lots of different pets definitely sounds perfect. I have taken care of pets before, my friends cats or dogs, also as mentioned, growing up with dogs I learned how to take them out on a lead. Even Milu, my youngest, she loves the park and going out on a lead.&nbsp;
I am very happy to be involved with cat sitting and dog sitting, at their house, providing either one or two home visits a day, depending on what they would need, look after them, feed, take them on walks, and you can know they will be in safe and happy hands! Depending on the situation I might be able to help with giving them medication, and unfortunately I do not provide training or grooming services.&nbsp;
I'm usually available after 5pm on weekdays and available any time during the weekends. For home visits it would be around 30-45 minutes. For dog walks it would be around 10-20 minutes, happy to spend more time outside if the dog needs the exercise, I would take them out to a park if possible or anywhere they are already familiar with. I am happy to bring in the mail and water plants as well. If house sitting, I can either do during the daytime, as I work from home I can work from anywhere while still taking care of the pets, if during the night I would be able to do from 10pm until 7am, making sure all doors/windows are locked properly and that any alarms are on before I leave the property. I will also provide daily updates, sending pics and videos to the owners.

Hi!We're Ana and Cillian, we love dogs and we are well aware how sometimes it can be difficult for dog owners to find a place to leave their pups when they go away. We want to offer a safe and loving home where you can go on holidays knowing your pet will have the best time. We offer home boarding in our house just for the day or for a long weekend, I work from home a couple of times a week so we can take pets in Friday to Monday.We live in Park Street in a big house with a fully fenced garden, we've got a nice living room and dinning room downstairs where your pup can chill, we're happy for them to jump on the couch and even though our dog sleeps downstairs, if your dog is used to sleep with you, we don't mind having them on our bedroom with us. We live very close to the fields and a foresty area which is perfect for long walks and for the dogs to sniff around, run free (if they're trained on recall) chase squirrels and go for a swin in the lakes (if allowed!)We have our own dog who lives with us, Laia, she's a 2 year old cockapoo girl, she's super friendly and gets along with absolutely any other animal or person. Hi I'm Jade and I'm a human and animal Physiotherapist. For all my life I have been a horse and dog lover having owned and grown up around them from when I was born. We currently have two of our own furry friends who are very active and love being walked. Our eldest dog had a litter of puppies a year ago and over the last year we have had her puppies back to pet sit and have enjoyed every minute of it, so wanted to continue doing it more. Due to my job and my passion I have great experience with dogs learning to understand and handle them in both a vocational and professional capacity so your pet will be in safe hands. I also live with my husband, step son and daughter so they must be friendly with children and love fuss (youngest is 10 years old, so not a baby). Your dog would need to get on with ours and be happy to sleep in the kitchen with them. Open to having young dogs as use to puppies all the way through to the more elderly dog. Dogs must be fully wormed and vaccinated due to being around our own pets. Dogs will be walked daily and daily routine will be kept to as best as possible fitting in with our dogs and lives, feeding schedule, toileting etc. Dogs will be left for a couple of hours at a time where drop offs and activities trips are made so dogs that can't be left alone at all would not be suitable. Induction Process
My focus is on dogs’ comfort with the appropriate blend of small companion dogs, getting to know my home, garden and some of the other dogs in my care. Unfortunately, boarding bookings for dogs who have not completed the induction process are not possible. If you have a holiday coming up, let's get the induction process completed to enable you to schedule a lovely holiday for your dog while you are away.
1 – One hour meet and greet for owner(s) and dog(s).2 – Four hour familiarisation session with you here for first half hour.3 – Eight hour day (or) overnight stay if you will be boarding.
One overnight stay is required before a longer-term boarding booking is accepted to ensure your dog will be comfortable.

Before Booking

Your dog should be at least one year old.
Please ensure your dog is housetrained.
Proof of being neutered / spayed.
Proof of annual vaccinations including kennel cough.

You Provide

Dog food that your dog normally eats.
Lead, collar/harness with ID tag.
You are encouraged to bring your dog’s bedding and favoured toys to ensure your dog feels at home.
Any necessary medicines and instructions.


During Your Dog's Stay

Lap of Luxury tags with our phone number attached to collar while in our care.
Daily pictures and updates.
Facetime/Whatsapp video calls with your dog when boarding.
Minimum of two 20-minute walks per day (or equivalent active playing in garden) during an eight-hour day care session; a third walk (or equivalent) per 24-hour stay in local parks and woodlands.
'Lead-always-on' policy during walks.
Coat brushed, paws, ears and eyes checked and cleaned daily.
Hills hypoallergenic treats and dried sprats (fish) provided with your permission.
