"Gigi and Edu are the best pet sitters you could ask for. From the moment we met them, it was obvious how much they genuinely love animals and how experienced they are with dogs. They were also incredibly accommodating with our pick up and drop off times, which made everything so much easier.
Their home is spacious, clean and very dog-friendly, with a secure dog park downstairs where the dogs can safely run around and play. We immediately felt comfortable leaving Tokki with them.
Tokki is only a young puppy, so naturally we were quite nervous about boarding him for the first time. However, Gigi and Edu took amazing care of him. They were so patient, affectionate and attentive, and they made every effort to maintain his routine. When we brought him home after five days, he settled straight back into his normal routine, which really showed how consistent his care had been while he was with them!
Communication was also outstanding. Gigi sent us regular updates, photos and videos throughout his stay without us even having to ask, which gave us so much reassurance and allowed us to enjoy our trip knowing Tokki was in safe hands.
When we picked him up, Tokki was calm, happy and clearly very comfortable with both Gigi and Edu. Seeing how relaxed and well cared for he was meant everything to us.
We genuinely couldn't recommend Gigi and Edu more highly! If you're looking for caring, trustworthy and experienced pet sitters who will treat your dog like one of their own, look no further. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Thanks again Gigi and Edu! ❤️

"We had a great experience with Gabriela! She was incredibly responsive and herself offered to meet us and our dog beforehand - which I would have suggested myself, but she beat me to it!
Gabriela clearly has a great understanding and knowledge of dogs, including more challenging ones like mine (i.e. anxious and untrusting at first), she asked plenty of questions to understand the type of dog our dog is, so I felt completely comfortable leaving our dog in her care. She kept us updated throughout the stay, including sending us photos, which was such a lovely touch. And whenever there was a potential issue (i.e. our dog did not want to go for a walk) she let us know straight away so that we could suggest some tricks that work for us in such situations.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Gabriela as a trustworthy and caring sitter. Our dog loved staying with her too - so much that she didn’t want to leave! 😊

"I cannot recommend Prakhar and Akansha highly enough. They were absolutely wonderful. I took Benji (our little shizhou-chihuahua mix) for a visit pre-booking a couple of months before Benji stayed with them for 36 nights after Christmas. Benji was immediately happy and content with Akansha and Prakhar. Both of them clearly love dogs. During his stay, they regularly sent me little updates and pictures. He clearly had a great time and I never worried about his safety or happiness. If we have to be gone again they would be my first choice pet sitters."

"Stefi is the BEST sitter in London, my pup was so so happy and spoiled during his stay, it felt like I left him with a family member and I didn’t have to worry about a thing during his stay, with constant updates on how he was doing, loads of patience from Stefi on dealing with a super active dog, she ensured he had loads of walks and playtime and took care of him as if he was her own. "Lisa Jane was a wonderful dog sitter! She was very communicative on watching Charlie, flexible with drop off and pick up time and sent me loads of pictures and updates on Charlie while I was gone so I knew how he was doing. "Cici took care of our two cats for a month at her apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with her service. From the very beginning, she showed genuine care and attention to their well-being, which was especially important as our cats were quite stressed when they arrived. Cici quickly made them feel at home, and it was clear they were happy and comfortable under her care.
