"My 4 month old puppy was cared for by Alex and I got regular updates which was reassuring. I was sceptical because my puppy is not openly sociable with everyone. With Alex I can tell that he feels comfortable and is happy! I can’t recommend Alex enough, he was able to create a positive and healthy relationship with my dog in no time at all. I need a regular dog boarding service and having found Alex I am relieved that my puppy is in good hands :) "

"Jo and family and Coco, were amazing with our little wire haired sausage dog, Pepin. We were let down at the last minute by our regular sitter but luckily Jo was available. We were happy with the communication and photos and our little guy was really tired when we got him home! "

"Lauren and her husband were fantastic pet sitters, they made everything easy and went out of their way to make a comfortable and beautiful stay for my 2 huskies. "I felt very relaxed to leave my little cat Lilly with Claudia , the communication was daily always send me videos of how my cat and how she was doing and at the beginning of the journey she sent me videos of where my cat was going to sleep and stay.
You can clearly see that she a cat lover for how she treats them and how she take care of them , if you guys look for someone to taking care of your cat meanwhile you are away she is definitely the best choice she is a really 5 star ⭐️ service, thank you very much Claudia 😊"

"I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my small Shih Tzu to Diego and Alia for a few days, and I couldn't be happier with the care provided. From the moment we met, Diego and his wife displayed a genuine love for animals and a professional approach to pet sitting.
My Shih Tzu can be a bit anxious, especially around new people, but Diego handled him with such kindness and patience that he quickly warmed up. The daily updates, including photos and messages about their activities, were a wonderful touch that kept me at ease while I was away.
I was particularly impressed with how attentive Diego and Alia were to my dog's specific needs, ensuring he was fed, walked, and cuddled according to his routine. The house was also well-kept and just as I left it upon my return.

"I can’t praise Alex enough! She was so amazing with both my puppy and my cat. My furry babies had an amazing time and Alex made them feel so comfortable. I received constant updates and photos and could see how happy my babies were. I had complete peace of mind leaving them with Alex and would 100% recommend her. "Nefer was AMAZING with boarding our Bronx whilst we were renovating. Due to his hyper nature and being a larger dog breed (Cane Corso), we were worried that our boy would struggle to adapt with a sitter. Nefer put all our worries at ease and provided fantastic care that saw drastic changes in the way that he behaves. Bronx is not home trained but Nefer was excellent at ensuring he was safe in her flat and followed all rules that protected him and her furniture! Bronx had a face wound at the time and Nefer was exceptional in providing cleaning and maintenance to ensure he recovered well. She took him on daily park walks and made his stay fun and adventurous with different parks and experiences. We would 1000% recommend her for boarding and other services and would book her again! "

"Our Theodore has had the best of his time in Paulina’s company. Communication with Paulina has been great, she is super flexible and easy going. She has taken lots of amazing photos of Theo playing and we were super happy to see how he was getting on. Paulina pays great attention to what the needs of the dog are so she can accomodate as best as possible. It’s not always to trust someone else with your pet but we fully trust Paulina with Theo and we know he is in good hands."

"Amanda was, without doubt, the best sitter we've ever had for our whippet. Her communication was clear and she was warm, generous and excellent with our pet who she minded over the Christmas period in 2021. Our dog loved Amanda and we felt relaxed leaving her for the week-long stay. Amanda was accommodating when, due to a delayed flight, we had to extend our trip by 1 day and she generously agreed to look after our dog for an extra day. We cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely be booking again in the future."
