"Abigail and her family took wonderful care of Maisie - our playful, ball-obsessed Springer Spaniel.
From our very first contact, Abigail was professional, helpful and excellent at communicating.
Throughout Maisieâs stay, the communication was fantastic; we loved receiving photos of her out on walks, playing fetch and enjoying lots of cuddles. It completely put our minds at ease.
We had no worries at all about leaving Maisie and felt totally reassured that she was in the right place. As a family dog who is used to being around people, choosing Abigail and her family was the ideal fit for our dog.
Thank you so much for taking such great care of Maisie. She came home clean, shiny and completely herself; which is all the reassurance we could ever need that she was looked after perfectly. We will absolutely be using Abigail again. "

"I wouldnât hesitate to use Gabriella and her family to have my dog again. The communication from the start was great. As soon as Gabriella opened the door I could see how warm and friendly she was and she sent lovely updates and photos of my frog while I was away which was very reassuring. "We are delighted to write this review for Kiku&Chris who looked after our adorable little fellow Ollie ( a Cavapoo) during our recent holidays. Unfortunately our regular sitter had an emergency and we found Kiku & Chris available for the dates. Our holiday savers ! đ
TBH we were a bit apprehensive when we left Ollie with them as he hasnât stayed with them before. But to our pleasant surprise we were delighted by the live and care they provided to Ollie. We got regular (at least twice daily) updates including gorgeous pictures of Ollieâs activities and walks. Ollie bonded with them very well which was evident when we went to pick him. We canât recommend Kiku & Chris high enough to anyone who is looking for a safe and happy place for their loved 4 leg kids/friends. Our heartfelt thanks to Kiku & Chris whose service we will certainly use in the future â€ïž đ¶â€ïžđ¶"

"Sumant was the best sitter a could of wished for. We was nervous about leaving our with anyone he is quite a nervous dog. And he had never been left with anybody else before. He has separation issues. On going to the meet and greet at sumant home he made us feel really welcome greeted us with himself and his little daughter and dog taffy he is so cute to.
But Hugo was nervous around him and was growing I thought that's not good but sumant just took in his stride and assured us that he could look after Hugo and that if necessary he could separate the dogs if needed. He asked us questions about and want he likes things about walks feeding habits and things. We didn't decide right away and he left and said we would be in touch sumant yes ok. We left later that day sumant sent a message on pawshake saying thank you for coming lovely to meet you all and hope to see you soon it would be a pleasure to look after Hugo. We had talked and we all had I really good feeling about sumant and went for it with. The first couple of days Hugo struggled to settle and was not eating much Sumant and his family do everything the could to try to settle Hugo lots of hugs and love and cuddles and attention. This was on going for and couple of days sumant keeping us informed at all times of everything, Hugo was fine just wouldn't eat properly missing us aww..So we suggested that he try hand feeding Hugo. He would sometimes be off his food at home and would eat if we did it sometimes .We had left his usual wet dog food and some roast chicken in tubes that we prepared, as well as treat and things and sumant said Yes, no problem at all. I want him to eat and be happy the pets come first and foremost so for most of the week sumant was hand feeding Hugo even his wet food and git him eating again settled to make sure he was getting what he needed and settled. He even brought fresh chicken himself and cooked it daily for hugo and was very happy to do so again WOW. I got pics,messages, and vids all the time from sumant of walks playing games like his daughter would play with Hugo and he would do his tricks like sit give her his paws, he's does and spin. And will catch treats for her and sumant to and just chilling one, kisses ones, cuddle ones , sunbathing ones,and one's with lots of smiles. They was so cute. And reassured us that he's being looked after and loved.the day after Hugo started eating again. Sumant took Hugo for his his return he noticed that Hugo was limping and was licking at his back leg upon looking right away he seen Hugo had an open cut on his one off his pads he message Me right away to let Me know. I ask him can he go the vets please. He had an appointment sorted for the next couple of hours. The vet clean and give Hugo and injection for pain antibiotics and a collar to stop him from licking. And sumant paid the bill of ÂŁ115 out off his own pocket. And started the process of the pawshake guarantee. And reassured us again that hugo comes first and foremost which was great. We offered to refunded him the money he had spent. He said no and continued the calm. Which i can tell yiu he got to great from pawshake and suamnt .He also used his professional experience to not put the collar on Hugo at all times instead having it off when he was there with him to stop him from licking the cut.dont thick I seen it on him tbh probably only at night that is the level of care he received from sumant always attentive. Which I think was a great call it stop Hugo becoming unsettle again, he give Hugo his antibiotics daily and Hugo was fine and flourished in his care sumant and his family are lovely caring people and really do put you pet first they honestly couldn't do enough to help Hugo be happy and settled and and will used sumant again 100% people when need also he has messaged since picking Hugo up back on the 12th Aug a couple off times seeing how we all are and how Hugos paws in doing and that he missed Hugo aww and and I think Hugo misses them I've we play a vids that sumant sent with his or his family's voices he looks for them aww now that cute and shows he liked them loads for an nervous dog to so thank you sumant and family see you again đ â€ïž "

"I booked Louise for my first dog boarding in UK and it was all I could want!
Her home is situated near parks and is perfect to take care of dog, there is multiple room in case your dog needs alone time, but also the living room is big enough so the dog can have a spot to relax there if he prefers to stay with humans.
Louise also communicate well before and during the dog boarding, our dog had some medication to take, she asked all the questions she needed to be sure to give correctly the medication. And we were happy every time she sent a couple pictures of Toffee while we were away!
I will surely book Louise to take care of my dog in the future if I need it again!

"After being let down with a weeks notice from my sitter which had been booked for months, Piotrek was able to accommodate us at short notice.
I could not recommend more highly. our dog was well looked after and even improved how he walks on a lead, and we will be returning to Piotrek for some dog training sessions in the coming weeks.
plenty of communication and our dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay.
