"The best dog sitter ever! Jia has taken great care of unicorn while we are traveling out of UK during the holiday season. She sent us regular updates with great pics. She also kept Unicorn very clean and happy - despite the typical raining weather in London! She even cleaned the tear stain of Unicorn way better than we ever managed to, and recommended the tools she used so that we can continue the treatment ourselves.
All in all, a perfect dog sitter with love and skills. Will definitely book again whenever we need some help in the future!"

"Bella and James took excellent care of our Bueno over Christmas time, we could not recommend them enough. From the moment we went to visit you could tell Bueno was very comfortable in their presence, and their dog (Pluto) is already a shining example of how well they treat and get along with pets. They provided amazing communication with plenty updates, pictures and videos along the way. Your pets will be in the best care with them."

"Lisa Jane was a wonderful dog sitter! She was very communicative on watching Charlie, flexible with drop off and pick up time and sent me loads of pictures and updates on Charlie while I was gone so I knew how he was doing. Charlie had a wonderful time and runs to Lisa because he has found a new friend ❤️ so glad I found a sitter who can trust without worry to watch my pup while I’m away. "Maria was so lovely with our Shadow. Her and her whole family treated him as their own. We was a bit skeptical as he had only been away from us once. He didn’t settle the first day but she kept me updated regularly and managed to calm him into his new environment that he loved it so much he didn’t want to leave by the end of the week! Great communication through out with pictures on their walks. Shadow loved staying with Maria and we can see he was really well taken care of. Definitely recommend her services and would use her again to look after our pup 100%. Thank you again Maria!"

"This was my first time leaving my English bull terrier with Lucy I gave her all the information I could about my dog and Lucy took everything on board and more I was worried at first that they would find Lola a handful as yes still a poppy at heart just over a year old but Lucy updated me with loads of photos and information and I could see until from my own dogs body language that she was very relaxed and happy and had lots of constant attention and fun from Lucy and her family she thoroughly enjoyed herself and took to their family very quickly on arrival of picking Lola up she was very relaxed very calm and I have never seen her like that before it's like she didn't want to leave which was very pleasing for me as she found Lucy and her family a friendly environment to be in I highly recommend anybody to use Lucy as soon as they can as she's more than capable and competent of looking after any breed and most importantly you can tell that she has a lot of love for all animals especially dogs I will be using Lucy as much as I can and when she is available as now I know I can go away on weekends and not have to worry at all nine my dog is in safe hands"

"Jackie took care of our dog Ada during our 10-day vacation, and we are so happy with her service that we are making her our primary doggy sitter.
Jackie was very communicative and accommodating to our and Ada's needs. She took Ada on regular walks through lovely green spaces (and provided us with lots of pictures!). Her dog Alfie is very cute and sweet and got along well with ours.
We noticed Ada missed Jackie and Alfie so much after we picked her up. She really enjoyed her own little vacation!

"Natalia was a fantastic caregiver for our two dogs. One of ours is older and requires medication every 12 hours, and Natalia didn't even hesitate. "Annalise is incredible - kind, caring, attentive, and experienced and treated our 12 year old senior rescue like a real VIP. Your pet will be lucky to stay with her!! We were nervous sending Duck away for 10 days while we visited family. He has arthritis, takes quite a bit of medication, and can be nervous. We didn't need to worry at all - Annalise took amazing care of him. We got loads of pictures and updates and we could see that Duck was really enjoying himself! Annalise was really flexible and accommodating when a few things like times and dates changed here and there. Her and Duck built up a real bond over the time he was there. It was so lovely to see. We can't recommend Annalise highly enough!! She's the best :D"
