"I couldn't ask for a better experience. We booked out senior fella (11 year old Lab) in for 4 nights with Becky whilst I took my wife away for her birthday. He has stayed in kennels before but with his age and ailments we could bare to leave him in them now and found Becky on pawshake. From the very first contact I was made to feel so at ease, great communication about how things work etc. Had to change the drop off to 1hr earlier, no issues with Becky, dropped off with her partner Craig, great guy explained how things generally work in their house with dogs but our Teddy was made to feel so at home straight from the off and felt so much better. Really good communication throughout the booking
Teddy was a little apprehensive the first night but was comforted by Becky and we were kept updated at all times and he finally settled even enjoyed a sunday roast. Honestly we couldn't of asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend, I have already mentioned Becky and Craig to family and friends. Thank you again for looking after him and making him so welcome in your home ❤️"

"Abigail and her family took wonderful care of Maisie - our playful, ball-obsessed Springer Spaniel.
From our very first contact, Abigail was professional, helpful and excellent at communicating.
Throughout Maisie’s stay, the communication was fantastic; we loved receiving photos of her out on walks, playing fetch and enjoying lots of cuddles. It completely put our minds at ease.
We had no worries at all about leaving Maisie and felt totally reassured that she was in the right place. As a family dog who is used to being around people, choosing Abigail and her family was the ideal fit for our dog.
Thank you so much for taking such great care of Maisie. She came home clean, shiny and completely herself; which is all the reassurance we could ever need that she was looked after perfectly. We will absolutely be using Abigail again. "

"I wouldn’t hesitate to use Gabriella and her family to have my dog again. The communication from the start was great. As soon as Gabriella opened the door I could see how warm and friendly she was and she sent lovely updates and photos of my frog while I was away which was very reassuring. "I feel so lucky to have found Constance, I have a small timid chihuahua and this was my first experience of using a sitter for her. It was important for me they have no other dogs in the house as bonny is nervous . I felt so happy and at ease upon arrival. Constance was warm and reassuring and I never worried once whilst away for the night. Constance sent me photos and kept me updated. I cant recommend her enough 🥰"

"We are so glad that we found June and Dave. The communication has been second to none and we very quickly arranged a meet up. Teddy immediately fell in love with them, they are lovely, warm and friendly people who love dogs. Teddy was treated like a king on his little holiday and I am sure he will return one day. "I left our little boy Enzo with Bettina while on a trip for 4 nights and I am very pleased with how she took care of him. She sent me very cute photos of him and update on how he settled. "I am extremely pleased with how Faye took care of our cavalier, Poppy. A meet and greet was arranged to see if Poppy will be ok with Faye and her lovely dog 'Ronnie' , following which booking was done. Faye responded promptly to messages. She gave us regular updates with pictures.
Poppy settled in well and was taken for regular walks.
