Hey guys,&nbsp;
My names Ellie, I'm 26 and have just came back from travelling around Asia!
For the last 4 years I have been living in Sydney, Australia. During this time I became a part time pet sitter as well as working a full time job! I have been sitting dogs regularly now for over 2 years!
Now, I'm back in my family home in the UK for summer, I would love to help any pet owners out. I really enjoyed my time sitting all the dogs and cats and am keen to continue offering my services.
I have experience with all sized dogs, from puppy's to older dogs, males and females and also cats/kittens, again male and females, I also have experience with multiple other pets! We often used to sit 2/3 pups and usually they were from different owners!
I am offering pet sitting (long term/short term/day care) and walking services, both in my home or at your place. I will be available to look after your pets 24/7 so lots of time for cuddles, plays and walks!&nbsp;
Available dates (as marked in calendar): Sunday 11th August - Wednesday 4th September
I live with my parents (mum &amp; dad) who are also animal lovers, growing up with pets themselves.
Your pets will either sleep in our kitchen/lounge/dining area or in my bedroom if they need to be close by.
My back garden is fully fenced and gated at both entrances so your pets will not be able to escape! 
Home visits: I am available to stay with your pets if short term, a few hours day, if long term then all day. I will be able to help with an needs in the house e.g bringing in the mail/watering plants.&nbsp;

Dog walking: standard dog walk would be 45 mins - 1 hour (depending on dogs needs) I can walk them in local parks/forest and surrounding areas. I have a car so can transport them if needed.



As a 25 year old living in rented accommodation by myself, I'm not yet in a position to be able to own pets myself (much to my dismay!). I cannot wait for the day that I am in the position to adopt a fur baby myself, so having recently heard about this website, I thought it would be a fantastic way to utilise the flexibility I currently have in my day job to spend time looking after other people's loved pets until I can have my own one day.
I've grown up with cats and rabbits and have spent a lot of time with other family member's dogs. I've grown up with an animal loving family so am really comfortable around a variety of animals.
At present, I work from home 4 days a week and only have to go into the office on Thursdays (8-4). This would allow me to look after your pet during the day and evening which makes feeding times and walks much easier. If given instructions, i'm happy to administer pet medication. I do also have a car which is helpful if emergency transport is required for whatever reason.&nbsp;
My day job requires a high level of vetting/security clearance and responsiblity, which I believe speaks to my character and trusthworthyness. I'm happy to tell you more about it directly.&nbsp;

Medication: Although I have never administered oral medication to dogs or cats, I feel confident that I can follow instructions well and would have no issue providing this service. My housemate is a vetinary nurse, so I can also run any medications and instructions through her for reassurance before looking after your little ones.&nbsp;
Training: I am happy to get involved in any ongoing training your dog may already be doing. I will ensure that my approach is consistent to any that they are already used to at home.
Grooming: I am able to bathe or brush your pet if necessary.
Dog Walks: The length of my walks vary and would be tailored to the dog. If I am petsitting on a work from home day (4/5 days a week) I can be flexible regarding the time of day we go for walks. Whether that is in the morning, during my lunch hour or after I have finished. I understand that different dogs will have different needs, so will suit it accordingly.&nbsp;
Time: I currently work Mon-Fri 0800-1600. I work from home everyday except Thursdays. This is perfect for petsitting and allows me to be flexible. 
If your dog isn't allowed in certain parts of the flat/house, I will ensure this is abided by. Otherwise I am very attentive of the dogs needs (housesitting specific).
On weekends, I often enjoy wholesome activities such as swimming, walks, brunch or dinner. I am happy to plan my weekends around any bookings though. I would ensure any necessary security measures are followed such as, setting an alarm when leaving the house or minor things such as closing windows at nighttime, ensuring doors are locked etc. I am very adept when it comes to security due to my day job, so have my wits about me. I am a very clean and tidy individual and would respect your home and ensure it is kept in order e.g. watering plants, collecting mail (if housesitting).
&nbsp;I understand that animals have different personalities and needs, just like us, so will do my upmost best to ensure their time with me is playful and comfortable, putting their safety and needs first.

I look after dogs regularly (shown in the pictures). I have grown up with 5 family staffys, 3 cats, a hamster and a gerbil so can say I have varied pet experiences. I have a large garden and many local parks so happy to help in any way I can as well as sit in your own home if needed. Overnight vists are also welcomed. I will be home based for the foreseeable future and have 2 children under 4. 
I'm flexible to your needs so just ask any questions. I will take your pet out often, at least every 1-2 hours into the garden and will walk them for either 1 long walk or 3 shorter ones. We have one of the Surrey hills trails behind the house so plenty of options on the doorstep. I am also comfortable administering medicines and injections where needed - also can provide references if preferred. 
I generally have pets come to me and I let them be at a home from home so very relaxed about them relaxing with me on the sofa or in the corner on their bed - whichever they prefer. I also get the requests to allow dogs to sleep in my bed and I don't decline as I love the snuggles as much as they do.

We have recently ventured over to this app as we've been on Borrow My Doggy for the last few years and have had great success looking after many different dogs, all ages and sizes! 
My partner Jamie (28) and I (Alina, 29) have always been animal lovers, having anything from dogs, cats, fishes and parrots, you name it! We especially love dogs but are unable to get one permanently ourselves at the moment as we live in an apartment, so we often look after our families pets in the meantime and we love doing so!
We also fell in love with Jamie's brother's dog Tilly (as seen in the pictures), we used to all live together but still get to see her most weekends! She is such a lovely dog, a mix between Jack Russell / Dachshund, very active, playful but loves a cuddle on the sofa! 
In terms of what we can offer, we are extremely flexible, we both work somewhat remotely, so there is always someone at home. This means we can do anything from dog walking to house pet sitting! We live in a 1 bedroom apartment currently with no access to a garden, however can take your pets out as and when needed and we also have a lovely forest near by! 
We can pet sit at our home in the mornings, afternoons and evenings most days of the week, depending on our work schedules and holidays we have ourselves. We are able to do dog walks throughout the day, we have a woodland not far from where we are, where we can go out for short / long walks, however long your dog needs. 🦮
