"Emma is lovely and her and her family looked after our dog Rio that well he didn't want to come out her house when my son went to pick him up, it was our first time ever using a dog sitter in all the 13 years we had Rio but he met some new doggy friends and people and was so looked after, Emma sent us pics and updates every night ,we will definitely be using Emma again I wouldn't trust anyone else now ."

"I wouldn’t hesitate to use Gabriella and her family to have my dog again. The communication from the start was great. As soon as Gabriella opened the door I could see how warm and friendly she was and she sent lovely updates and photos of my frog while I was away which was very reassuring. "Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pug Cookie. He’s only ever stayed away from us twice in almost 7 years, I wasn’t sure he’d settle and I was quite emotional upon leaving him. Amanda was so welcoming and gentle with Cookie at the meet and greet, that he took to her straight away. She could also see how emotional I was and reassured me that all would fine, that I’d be kept updated with pictures/videos. Amanda took the time to go through Cookie’s health needs. She was very understanding, ensured all his eye ointments were done on time daily and took such good care of him I don’t think he wanted to come home with us. Amanda sent me daily pictures and videos of Cookie whilst we were away. He was loved and cared for and enjoyed his time there making new furry friends too. Amanda is so friendly, patient, calm, caring and gentle which is why Cookie settled in so well with her. We felt she went above and beyond to ensure all of Cookie’s needs were met and provided such an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amanda and will definitely be sending Cookie to stay with her again. Thank you so much Amanda for everything, without the level of care and attention you gave to Cookie, and the reassurance you gave to me, we couldn’t have gone away☺️"

"Raquel is really lovely, we have never left our dog before and were nervous but she put us at ease straight away. She sent us videos and pictures of Sky to give us peace of mind.
