"Matt, Louise and their kids were absolutely amazing. They took great care of Chichu with lots of walks and visits to the parks. She always had company and seemed very comfortable. Chichu had her first heat during the stay and they went out of their way to accommodate her. Will absolutely book with them again. Highly recommended!"

"I couldn’t be happier with the care my dogs received from Debbie. This was the second time we left our two dogs with her, and once again the experience was wonderful.
From the moment we met, it was clear that Debbie genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibility very seriously. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to learn about my dogs’ routines, personalities, and any special needs. One of my boys can be a bit naughty and wasn’t behaving very well, but Debbie never made us feel stressed about it while we were away. When we returned, she mentioned it very casually — something only a true animal lover would do — even though I know he must have been quite a handful!
Thank you so much, Debbie and Tony, for taking such great care of our babies while we were away. A simple thank you doesn’t feel like enough for the peace of mind you gave us. It means so much to know they are in such caring and loving hands."

"Lauren is a very professional dog sitter who takes the role very seriously. She made my two dogs feel very welcome on their overnight stay and took them for a lovely walk. "I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From start to finish, Loretta was absolutely amazing. Made Candy feel so welcomed and comfortable straight away, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout we received regular updates and could tell Candy was being genuinely cared for and loved. "If I could give 10 stars for everything I would. Under any other circumstances both dogs are usually reactive, but Rebecca clearly has a calming influence. I have never seen 2 dogs (who have never ever been boarded before) so relaxed and happy in their (new & strange) environment. I have had plenty of pictures and messages which has given me the greatest of reassurance and pleasure of knowing that these 2 dogs have clearly had the trip of a lifetime. I have already recommended Rebecca to people and she is number 1 favourite sitter from now on."

"Nacho loves Katrina! Ok, so I had never left my dog with people I didn’t know before, he’d only been looked after once by a friend for a weekend in his own home, so I was a little nervous about how he (or I!) would get on with it. We’d also been let down fairly last minute by the person who was supposed to look after him so it was a scramble to find someone we trusted to have him. Katrina put my mind at rest straight away, communication was brilliant from the start, the meet was well handled & he warmed to her straight away. We had daily updates and many many photos of what he’d been up to during our week away. He ate plenty which is big deal for him as when he gets anxious he stops eating and he made a couple of new friends, which was also huge as normally he’s nervous around other dogs.
Our flight was also delayed which meant we couldnt pick him up when we were supposed to and Katrina took it all in her stride and didnt add any more stress to the situation. When we got there he was having last minute cuddles and barely looked up when I walked in, which was really rude & he was in absolutely no rush to leave. So, I had a holiday with no worries about the dog & Nacho had a holiday he would gladly have never left! Would recommend & we’ll definitely be using Katrina again. "

"This was my first experience with dog boarding, and I have to admit, I was really stressed about leaving my boy for 5 days. However, choosing Raveena turned out to be the best decision. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease. She has a beautiful home and garden, which provided such a safe and welcoming environment for my dog. Raveena is an incredibly kind and caring person, and it was clear that she truly loves animals.
Throughout the 5 days, she kept me updated every morning with photos and messages, which helped me feel connected and reassured that my boy was having a great time. It was obvious that he was well taken care of and enjoyed his time with Raveena. In fact, I think he’s missing her now! :)

"Anenta is a sweetheart :)..
She looked after my 5 months old puppy (Zen) like her baby when I had to be out of London for 10 days.
She really took very good care of Zen and kept me posted with his pictures/videos and video calls without a miss hence helped me to be at peace while i was travelling.
She is a very warm person and kept Zen engaged all day with different activities and ensured his safety and comfort.
As Zen is still a baby, she took care of all his needs like his food taste changing and she ensured that if he was not eating his puppy food, she managed to prepare home food for him every day which he loved eating. Thank you Anenta <3..
As well as had no reservations of having Zen on her bed when he slept to ensure his comfort.
She followed all the pointers I shared with her for Zen and was diligent in giving his deworming medicines on time too.
Would highly recommend her, and will definitely use her services very soon again!

"Willow spent a week with Krisztina and her family while we were on holiday . She sent us daily photos and pupdates so we could enjoy our holiday without worrying. Willow is a nervous dog but was completely relaxed with Krisztina ,she spent time on her training and stimulated her mentally as well as physically and we feel that Willow enjoyed her stay with the family and other dogs.
We wouldn't not hesitate to use her again and would recommend her services for day care or boarding."

"Rita took an amazing care of my dog Macy! She was sending me pictures and was updating me what Macy is doing throughout the day! You can tell by the pictures that Rita is a really kind and nice person who loves animals. She was looking after my dog like it was hers.
