"Urszula was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and she kept us updated throughout Bruno's stay with regular messages and lovely photos from their walks. It was clear that she genuinely loves dogs, and Bruno was so well looked after. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. "Abbey looked after our dog while we went to a wedding in England. From setting up the dogsitting to picking our dog up from Abbey, she was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She was kind, considerate and practical, making the whole process run effortlessly.
Her responses were prompt when we were discussing meet and greets etc. (even though she was on holiday!), she asked all the right questions to make sure she had the information we needed and she was very helpful in getting our dog settled in.
While we were away Abbey sent us pictures and videos of our dog so that we knew she was okay, and kept us up to date on her behaviour (our dog can take some time to settle into a new place!). Our dog was also in season and Abbey was happy to use the reusable nappies we provided, which was very kind.
We would happily trust Abbey with our dog again - no complaints whatsoever. Abbey is a 10/10 dogsitter, thank you Abbey!"

"Biya and her family took tremendous care of our girl. Communication was consistent and always sending photos/updates.
Even went above and beyond with feeding Bonnie some broccoli as her bowel movements weren't how they usually are (Due to this being the first time she's ever been away from us - nerves and anxiety)

"We honestly cannot recommend Bark and Bed Pet Services enough!
This was our first time ever using a pet sitting service, so we were understandably quite nervous about leaving our little Sophia, our 10-year-old pug, with someone we didn’t know. But from the very beginning, Bark in the Bed completely put our minds at ease.
Sophia was absolutely spoiled with love, cuddles, treats and lovely walks while we were away. We received regular photos and messages every day, which made such a difference and allowed us to see how happy and settled she was. Any messages we sent were answered so promptly, which gave us such reassurance while we were on holiday.
The sitter’s home was spacious, clean and had such a lovely, cosy feel. What really stood out to us was how relaxed and understanding they were about Sophia’s individual needs and routines. She is very much used to being allowed on our bed at home, and they were more than happy to let her continue doing this — which we really appreciated!
It was so clear that Sophia was treated as one of their own, and knowing she was safe, happy and being showered with love meant we could actually relax and enjoy our holiday.
We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use Bark in the Bed again for our Sophia, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to any of our family and friends looking for someone they can genuinely trust with their beloved pets.
Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our girl — we came home to a very happy, very spoiled little pug! ❤️"

"Isabelle looked after our dog for a couple of weeks while we were away. After an initial short booking, I felt really comfortable leaving him with her for longer. She sent lots of updates, he looked happy, and she gave him lots of nice walks to places that he enjoyed by the water. When I collected him he looked right at home! Communication was great and she made sure she had all the necessary info to make his stay safe and enjoyable. I won't hesitate to have him stay with Isabelle again, I feel like they developed a bond. "

"We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitters to look after Lottie while we were away. From the first message, communication was friendly, reassuring, and professional. We felt totally at ease knowing Lottie was in such caring hands.

"Carol had my 11yr old yorkshire terrier when I was on holiday.
Both Carol and her husband love dogs which was obvious from the first meeting.
They gave my dog Alfie excellent care and attention whilst I was away with a daily update and photo on what Alfie was up to.

"I had to travel away from Edinburgh for 3 whole weeks, the longest I have ever been away from my dog Egan, who has severe separation anxiety. I was a little worried and apprehensive, but Kenneth put all my doubts to rest from the very first day. Egan took to him from the moment they met, and was very excited and comfortable when I brought him to his house, immediately sniffing around and exploring the place, and greeting Kenneth and his partner with utmost enthusiasm.
Kenneth has been so kind, patient and understanding with Egan, tending to his wants and needs while setting appropriate behavioral boundaries, like he were Egan’s own parent. He made sure to regularly update me with pictures, videos and messages to keep my anxiety at bay, and was always available to chat and discuss things.
Egan did not panic, get upset or display signs of missing me even once, and had the time of his life at their house! He was treated like a king, being allowed on all the furniture and into every room of the house, which is what he is used to at home. He ended up quickly getting very attached to Kenneth in just a short span of time and following him around everywhere. He has developed a level of trust and affection that surprises me and warms my heart.
When I was unable to fly back to the UK on time due to an unforeseen emergency, Kenneth was very concerned and understanding and tried to help out with sorting Egan’s dogsitting situation as much as possible, even offering to cancel his personal plans for us.
I would highly recommend leaving your pet here due to the excellent level of dedication, communication and empathy that Kenneth displays, not to mention an absolute value for money! "
