"Our dogs absolutely loved it with Caroline. She sent plenty of updates & pictures, which was greatly appreciated by us all , especially my daughter. It was really hot when our two dogs stayed and the paddling pool came out, which our Jack Russell really enjoyed. A really nice touch that showed how much Caroline cares for the dogs. Highly recommend , we’ll (our pups) be staying again."

"This was the longest we'd left Sonny because of a family holiday and we're a little worried about how he would be. We shouldn't have worried at all. Zoe and Jack were wonderful sitters for Sonny. "Rozina has been absolutely amazing. While I was away on holiday, she regularly sent me photos of my fluffy boy, Waffle, which gave me so much peace of mind. "We left our dog with Marta for 3 days, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Right from the first second, our dog felt completely at ease around her and wasn't scared at all, which immediately made us feel comfortable.
Throughout the entire stay, Marta regularly sent us photo updates and messages about how he was doing and behaving. Seeing how happy and content our dog looked gave me absolute peace of mind during our trip. When we came to pick him up, Marta gave us a detailed update on how everything went.
I was also incredibly pleased to see that he had already been walked and fed, and all of his bowls and things were neatly washed and packed. Coming back home, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Our dog was happy, settled, and pleasantly tired out, allowing us to just rest after our journey. Thank you so much, Marta! We will definitely book again."

"Jess was honestly incredible looking after my puppy Mango overnight. It was his first time ever staying with a sitter this week and I was really anxious about how he would cope, but she made the whole experience so reassuring from the very beginning. Her communication was amazing — she kept me updated, was always kind and responsive, and made me feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care.
You can tell straight away that Jess genuinely loves and understands animals. Mango can be quite attached to me and gets nervous in new situations, but she was so patient, calm and gentle with him while he settled. She really took the time to make sure he felt safe and secure, which meant so much to me as an owner.
When I picked him up he was happy, relaxed and clearly well looked after. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was being treated like part of the family rather than just another dog. She also went above and beyond in ways she didn’t have to, and I really appreciated how thoughtful and caring she was throughout.
Jess is incredibly conscientious, trustworthy and professional, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. If you’re nervous about leaving your pet, she is 100% the person you want caring for them. Will definitely continue to book with Jess in the future. Thank you again for taking such amazing care of Mango!"

"I booked my dog Bruno in with Bonny and her partner last minute as the family member who usually looks after him had fallen ill. From my first enquiry Bonny's communication was excellent, arranging a meet & greet at short notice and answering any questions I had. From the minute I met Bonny I was put at ease and knew that Bruno would be cared for properly, he can be a handful and they made sure I knew that wouldn't be a problem. When I dropped him off with them they were so accommodating, they happily let Bruno have the choice of stopping on their bed (which he is used to) or wherever he was comfortable. I got updates throughout his stay, on a morning, on his walks with them and on a night when he was settled. I wouldn't hesitate in using Bonny again, it was an excellent experience in what can be a daunting time for a dog parent! Thank you so much, Bruno misses you already!"
