"I recently had an excellent experience with a dog sitter who took care of my two dogs. I felt confident that they were in good hands.
The sitter was incredibly attentive and ensured that all of my dogs' needs were met. They provided regular updates with photos and videos, which reassured me that my pets were happy and well cared for.
Both of my dogs seemed very comfortable and content during their stay. When I got home, they were in great spirits and had clearly enjoyed their time. I highly recommend Leah to anyone looking for reliable and loving care for their pets."

"I am so happy to have met Rachel. She did house-sitting when I was on holiday and she's been great, my dog Stitch has anxiety and my cat Elvis hides and doesn't come out for days when a stranger is at home, on the first day Rachel sent me photos with Elvis and Stitch both sleeping next to her. "Simon is fabulous, he took great care of our six dogs and our home. When we came back the house was spotless. And more importantly, he followed all of our instructions including watching our dogs eat to make sure they didn’t choke and keeping the house safe with the alarm system and he also walked two dogs a day separately as requested to ensure their safety around off lead big dogs and other unexpected things. He updated us often (every day which was very appreciated) and was always to the point and clear and reassuring which was appreciated during our busy holidays. Simon’s attention to detail is brilliant and, saying this as someone who used to be an experienced pet sitter myself, you will struggle to find someone as good as him! "

"I contacted Vanessa after carefully reading a handful of profiles - she seemed like a really good fit for my needs. Vanessa visited us once before we booked to make sure it was a good fit for all (she was staying in my house for the 8 days we would be away) and I just got a warm feeling straight away. She’s very experienced with cats and very nuanced to their behaviours and personalities. Even the first visit was exceptional with my timid little girl going straight over to Vanessa for a stroke - never happens! After the first visit I booked Vanessa and she came to see us again a week before hols to get house keys and just run through a few things. Vanessa is a vegetarian so I bought some food for her to make sure she had enough for at least a few days (plus a few little thank you gifts and treats).
During the holiday, I got plenty of updates and photos which was really reassuring as I have 3 cats with totally different needs. My youngest was recovering from a nasty bite and needed watching closely (discharged by vet but wound still healing) - he also has separation anxiety and needs quite a lot of attention. My oldest is partially deaf and blind and needs help sometimes when it’s food time. My middle cat is a total outdoors girl - so it can be hard to keep track of her just to make sure she’s still around and ok.
Vanessa did a fabulous job. My cats really took to her which is such a relief (I know how picky they can be). They had lots of play and were fed,watered and cuddled lots ❤️My youngest took a real shine to her and of the 3 he’s the least likely to attach himself to anyone else.
Vanessa is a confident cat carer and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again or recommend her. She even stayed calm in the first few days when the front door lock broke and we worked out a solution. My house was lovely and tidy when I got home too.

"Sam is just fabulous. She looked after my dog when I went away for a week. Her updates and pictures whilst I was away were reassuring. She’s so easy going and friendly and Jack clearly enjoyed having Sam take care of him as he was the happiest he’s ever been after I came back from a holiday. "Evie and her partner were wonderful sitters. We were worried about leaving Lilly our anxious labrador on her own for the first time but needn't have been. Evie played with her, took her out for walks and even on a little trip to a local nature park. When we had to come home early in the middle of the night, Evie very kindly waited up for us and made sure Lilly was ok before saying goodbye. A very tired and happy labrador has tobe the perfect sign of a good sitting."

"We were very relaxed on holiday because John clearly loves animals and we knew they were happy with him and well looked after. It's the first time we've left them so it was great that we weren't worried about them. John sent us regular photos of our dogs relaxing at home or out on walks in the woods. He also looked after the house for us. It was very easy to set up a meet and greet with John and arrange the dog sitting. We are very grateful to him and would recommend him to anyone else who needs their house and/or pets looking after."

"We were visiting North Yorkshire for a wedding and needed a sitter to care for our 11 year old Labrador and our 4 month old Patterdale puppy on her first holiday. We instantly felt at ease when Brook arrived at our cottage and the dogs absolutely loved her. She gave us pupdates through the evening so we could relax and when we came back the dogs were happily chilled out and sleeping. Couldn’t ask for more than that. Would highly recommend Brook as a pet sitter 😊"

"Sky looked after our 3 dogs for a week. She did a fab meet and greet beforehand and put my mind at ease immediately. While we were away Sky communicated daily and if there was anything she needed to ask she did. It was nice having daily conversations regarding the dogs - as let’s face it all of us want that. ❤️ Sky was happy to check my horses daily and into the stay had to take over our 2 cats’ feeding from my elderly dad, who was a bit overwhelmed, which she did without drama or fuss. The house was lovely and tidy on our return and the dogs were very excited to see us, but also pleasantly calm which signalled to me how content they had been. "
