"We could not have found a more wonderful person to look after our British Bulldog, Coco. Adell went completely above and beyond in every possible way and genuinely loved and cared for Coco as if she were her own.
From the moment we left her, we received daily photos and the loveliest, quirky little messages telling us what Coco had been up to. It meant so much to us and allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our family holiday knowing that our baby wasn’t simply being looked after, she was being absolutely doted on.
Coco is very spoiled at home and has her own little routines, and every one of them was followed. She was tucked up at night, showered with affection and completely made part of the family. Adell’s son was also so loving with Coco, and would pine outside his bedroom door , which was lovely to see.
What really blew us away was the amount of thought she put into Coco’s health. Coco has always had problems with her paws and also has a very sensitive tummy, so she actually took the time to research what might help her. She then made Coco her own natural, gluten-free dog biscuits with salmon oil. The difference has been incredible. Coco has come home with solid poos, no paw biting and no scooting, all things we have struggled with before. I’m so impressed with the biscuits that I’m now hoping to buy them from her every month!!! 🙏
Coco was even treated to a doggy spa day, met up with another lovely dog mummy, appeared in their TikTok videos so we could watch her adventures while we were away, and generally seemed to be having a better holiday than we were!
She came home beautifully clean and groomed, happy and relaxed, with a bag of her homemade biscuits to take home.
Leaving your dog with someone when they are such a huge part of your family can be really difficult, but we never had a moment of worry. Coco was safe, happy, loved and completely spoiled from beginning to end.
I genuinely cannot recommend Adell highly enough. This wasn’t just someone looking after our dog, it felt like Coco had gone to stay with another family who loved her just as much as we do. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Coco with her again and wouldn’t want to leave her with anyone else now if I could give more than 5 stars I would as she was truly fantastic 💯❤️🐾"

"Sıla and her partner were wonderful dog sitters. Her house has a secure back garden for dogs to run and play and her communication was excellent. (We got daily updates.) She also understands the cycle of how dogs can be at the start of the boarding session, slightly subdued until they get used to the new arrangement, and was extra calm and reassuring with our dog the first few days, which calmed and reassured us too while we were away!

"Anne and Hugh were 10/10 dog sitters. My small dog can be timid when first staying in a new place, however, he walked into their house as if it was his own. He absolutely loved them both. I received frequent updates with pictures, and it was great to see him so relaxed. Thank you both for looking after Benji so well. We will definitely be back soon!"

"Rella is an absolutely perfect pet sitter, who went above and beyond when taking care of my senior dog, Sam. I initially thought I would have to cancel an important work trip to London because, as an older dog, Sam has needs that some sitters might not be equipped to handle. But Rella was happy to go that extra mile, and as soon as I met her and spoke to her, I was confident in her abilities. Rella has training and experience from having previously worked in an animal hospital, which gave me extra confidence in her. She is a lovely person, with a huge heart, and she took care of my boy as if he was her own. Rella made sure Sam was getting walked, eating well, and receiving all his medication. She also gave me regular photos and videos as updates, and communicated well throughout Sam's stay. I now feel confident that if I need to go away again, Rella is there to give me a helping hand. I will be using her service again, and wholeheartedly recommend her to others. "

"Cannot recommend Jane enough. She and her husband had our miniature poodle for a week and we had no doubts he was well cared for with lots of play, cuddles and walks during his stay. Communication was clear and prompt from beginning to end with lots of photo and video updates whilst we were away. Jane's love for dogs shone through and she checked in with us to make sure she was feeding him right. Will definitely make arrangements with Jane again for our dog :)"

"Urszula was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and she kept us updated throughout Bruno's stay with regular messages and lovely photos from their walks. It was clear that she genuinely loves dogs, and Bruno was so well looked after. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. "Absolutely fantastic sitter! Chris was great, excellent communication from the start and really genuine. Completely trusted him to look after our dog after our first meeting but he also provided great updates during the stay. "Iza provided a safe, clean and comfortable place for our family cat, Captain, to stay for 9 nights while we were on holiday. She sent me photos every day to show Captain happy and well looked after. It's clear that Iza spent lots of time playing with him and it looked like he was just as happy as he is at home (if not more!).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Iza again and she will be my first choice of care in the future. Thank you!

"Chara took care of our rescue greyhound Yuna while my partner and I went on a trip. She was an extremely lovely person. I’m usually an emotional wreck having to leave Yuna but Chara was extremely sensitive and reassuring about this. We arranged a meet and greet before hand so Yuna and Chara could bond and get to know each other before we booked her for dog boarding. Yuna was immediately comfortable with her and her partner Dougie you could tell they had had so much love for dogs. Chara and Dougie were regularly in contact to give us updates during her stay and let us know how she was settling in every step of the way. We were delayed dropping Yuna off on the first day then further delayed by a good few hours on the return from our trip to collect her but they were very understanding about it which was so kind of them. Chara and Dougie showered our girl with love and made her feel right at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would love to have Yuna stay with Chara and Dougie again, Yuna really loved them both and she thoroughly enjoyed their company."
