Hi I'm Sarah nice to meet you. I am 38 years old, very energetic and active. I currently live in Romford working for a mental health charity and teaching a Brazilian partner dance in my spare time.
I grew up with 2 dogs, a horse and 3 rabbits and have always been surrounded by pets almost my whole life. My first best furry friend was a border collie called Elike. I trained her in agility and taught her lots of tricks - she was super intelligent and I miss her to this very day.
Over the years I have often also dog / cat sat and taken care of friends pets.
&nbsp;I am originally from the North West of England and there I had a horse on loan from one of the neighbours and regularly used to also take care of her guinea pigs, rabbits, ducks, chickens, cats and dogs on the yard when she went on holiday.
&nbsp;I have to confess I am definitely happier in wellies still after 14 years of living in London.
In London my life is thankfully filled with furry friends.
&nbsp;I volunteered at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home for almost 2 years as my passion to help animals in their time of need and seek a job within the non-profit sector was where my heart lied and 7 years later I still work in the non-profit sector - currently for a mental health charity.
&nbsp;Battersea was an amazing experience, to see animals come in feeling confused and abandoned and see them leave with a loving home and family was probably one of the most rewarding experiences. I volunteered within the cattery often just simply sitting with new arrivals to help them settle, and helping the staff there when the home was busy to manage wait times and support with admin.
Over the last 6 months I joined borrow my doggie and have been regularly taking care of a mischievous 1 year old Shih Tzu called Lulu. She day boards with me one day a week and I walk, feed and help her owner with any training.
&nbsp;She had a particular fear of stairs which we have helped her to overcome and now she is a confident and playful bundle of fun.
&nbsp;I also regularly cat sit for one of my friends when she goes on holiday and stay at her place, to make sure her 2 fur babies get lots of TLC whilst she is away - it was actually this very friend who recommended I join pawshake so here I am.
&nbsp;I am really looking to help people and do some part-time work, that will be combined with something I love and that will fit around my hybrid office / working from home job.
I work from home at least 3 days a week so I am happy to take in day boarders at my apartment if I am at home. I don't have outside space but lots of parks /green spaces within a 4-5mins walk. I can help with dog walking and overnight stays for dogs or cats so long as I can work from my Laptop with WiFi. Hi, I’m Ellie-May, I'm currently on maternity so i have all the love and time for your furry friends . I really love spending time with dogs and cats and have some experience in taking care of them. I own a chihuahua and a cat currently and have had experience with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits leopard gecko's and bearded dragons. I’ve got children at home so I need animals that are good with kids and have good temperments. I’ve got a massive garden that is fully fenced up and secure that the dogs can use whenever they like.( picture of my garden in photos). The dogs will be staying in the conservatory over night (picture of conservatory in photos) they will be provided with a bed. If your dog stays in a crate overnight please let me know in advance so this can be arranged. Dogs will be free roaming all day while i'm home. I am home all the time so toilet breaks won't be an issue. I will play and treat them like my own and also take them on walks with your permission. I will give them all the love and attention they deserve and will adapt to their additional needs. Please let me know pups dietary requirements and feeding schedules. Bowls, toys and treats will be provided on their stay. I’m available on weekdays in the daytime and evenings and weekends for doggy Daycare, walking and pop ins. I&nbsp;can also offer animal boarding at request and im available 24/7. Home visits I will stay with your furry friend for a hour . Walking i will be walking your furry friends to local parks, forests and around my neighbourhood for an hour depending on their abilities. I'm here to make your animals feel loved while you're away. I have a very flexible pattern (7 on 14 off) so with extra time on my hands I would love to care for your furry creatures.&nbsp;My partner is offering pet services full time so when I am on nights he will be available to care for your furry friends. I adore dogs of all sizes and cats of all personalities. I have been pet sitting for many years for colleagues and clients at work and am an extremely trustworthy and friendly person. My skills and qualifications mean I can look after your animals no matter the age or ailments. Both myself and my partner have qualifications in animal first aid, animal nutrition, animal behaviour. We are DBS check clear and insured.&nbsp;I have a fenced garden and live on a no road access property. It is a quiet and safe area. My house is not open plan and I can separate animals when required. I am confident with crate training. I do have a cat so cat friendly dogs is a preference to save the stress to the home environment. My cat will want to be their friend though if they will allow. We have a secure transport van which can hold multiple dogs at one time. Your animal will sleep wherever they would usually at home, be that on their bed, on the sofa, on our bed or in their crate. We always aim to adhere to their standard routine as much as possible to avoid stress and change. Our home is a lived in home and it will mimic your own home environment. We only have one dog per overnight stay unless from a multidog household.Let me know of any behaviour training, special diets or special medications. Specific command words are also useful. Please also advice which Veterinary centre you are registered with and any insurance policy information if required. Must be vaccinated, flea treated, wormed and microchipped.

With my previous job, I had lots of business trips, and I was always in need of finding a decent cat sitter for my cats. That's why I truly understand your worries when leaving your furry friends at home, and I also understand your expectations for a sitter as well since I was in your situation for long. Hello, I'm Audrey, dog mum to lovely Lotus (7 year old female border collie). I have 2 locations for doggy day care and boarding, the default address on Pawshake is at SE9 where I live with my partner, Jeremie, and also where Lotus lives. The other address is at DA16 where there are no other dogs, and your pooch will be taken care of by my mum, Sue, who lives alone. Unneutered male dogs are only allowed at DA16.Note: If you have a location of preference, please state this in your message, and we’ll aim to accommodate, otherwise the default location is SE9. In the event one house is fully booked, we’ll offer the other. Sorry, we are unable to take dogs if they are in season and dogs are not allowed to sleep in our bed.

What to expect:
Both locations offer a large fenced garden so playing in between walks will not be a problem, plus plenty of opportunity for going toilet. There is always someone in the house either working from home or retired. We do not leave dogs alone for more than 2 hours when they are boarding. If dogs are coming for day care, there will always be someone at home the entire time.
At each house, we can board 1 dog and have 1 dog for day care at any one time (or up to 2 dogs from the same family).
A typical day for day care is x1 one hour walk, plus as much time as the dog likes in the garden. I usually start day care from 7am onwards and ending no later than 7pm. This is negotiable but regular early starts or late finishes are not possible.
Dogs that are boarding shall have x1 one hour walk in the morning, x1 thirty minute walk in the evening plus garden time. If weather is good, there may be a third walk in the day.
The above walking routines are aligned with what Lotus has but we can discuss the specific needs for your dog.

I would love to look after/walk your pet because I have a passion for taking care of animals, at home my two gerbils Doughball and Doughnut have a lovely and playful environment, I always make sure they are fed well and given the appropriate enrichment activities to support their natural behaviours.&nbsp;
While at my Dad's house I also take care of his two cats Marley and Mittens, along with Dog sitting which I have done previously, which involved taking Lottie on two walks a day, making sure she was fed and had clean water, and calming her on fireworks night when it was loud outside.&nbsp;
My house is quite big with many rooms so your pet will have a lot of room, at home there is 5 people so your pet will have plenty of time to interact with many different types of personality. We have high fences in our garden to ensure your pet won't escape, I have gerbils and cats at my dad's house so usually shut doors if your dog comes to stay to avoid the gerbils being frightened. Outside there is lots of open space and local parks to walk your dog in, along with a medium sized garden that your dog can roam free in.I am not able to perform medical attention or injections on your pet but I am able to administer any medication your dog might require, for example tablets or dog medicines. I am also able to identify when a dog might be feeling ill/injured, which will ensure I act quickly to make sure your pet is not in any danger. I am able to groom/brush your dog and will give it treats while walking to encourage a bond between me and your pet.
