I have over 30 years of experience caring for dogs, small, medium and large breeds. I adore all animals and would treat your pet with the same love and affection as I would if he/she was my own. My love of dogs developed when I was very young and I used to watch my dad care for and train his working Police dogs. I have over the years owned cats, birds and small animals and I would love to help anyone who wants the reassurance of leaving their pet with a genuine animal lover.I live 5 minutes away from Victoria Park, 15 minutes from Glasgow Green and Botanic Gardens and 10 minutes from Mugdock Country Park. There are plenty of walks on my doorstep including a large field directly outside. I hold a full-time job however my hours are flexible and I can work from home. I can assist any evenings, weekends or overnight stays. Daytime or holiday care will be considered depending on my workload. I have passed a full security clearance including a PNC check (required for my own job).Most pet owners regard their pet as a family member and if possible would like them to make an appearance on their wedding day - I can make that happen for you if you'd like to get in touch to discuss further.I appreciate that every pet owner treats their pets in different ways and I would completely respect their wishes - from walking on the lead only, plenty of cuddles to a free run of my home (including sleeping on the couch!) It is a daunting experience to leave your beloved pet with a complete stranger however please be assured your furbaby will be in good hands.Please note I haven't ticked 'large breed' purely for the reason I may not be able to provide transport for them however I am happy to help with any size of dog if you are able to drop off/pick up any very large breeds of dog. Comfort is of the utmost importance, some dogs find traveling in a car nerve-wracking so I wouldn't like to put a Great Dane in the back of my Ford Focus!If you are looking for someone reliable, a genuine animal lover and want the peace of mind knowing your pet is being cared for then please get in touch. I am 28 years old and a healthcare worker, my shifts are fully flexible to fit around your needs. I have always loved animals as I have always had them in my family. Dogs/cats make me incredibly happy, but sadly I've never had one of my own due to a previous demanding job with full time hours. I can't wait to meet your pets and be the best walker/sitter they've ever had! I will adhere to all schedules and make sure your pet is happy, as i am aware of all types of pets different needs, such as walking distance and food portions etc. On the side, I do photography so you can expect some adorable photographs of your pets (with your permission of course) If a house sit is needed I am happy to do so at your home or my own. About me: I live in Hillhead, Glasgow and have my own 4-year-old toy poodle. He is a very friendly active dog and we are always out on walks. Romper loves spending time with other dogs so thought if we're already out 2-3 times a day, why not have a few dogs join us! I have led group walks before with multiple dogs and have always been around dogs since our first family pet, a German Shepard, when I was two years old. I love being around animals and would be very happy to come take your dog out with us. 
I have a current Canine First Aid Certification (Level 2).
My availability: I work flexibly from home so am available most days and times. 
Other services*:I work from home so can offer doggie day care, including walks and feeding. Also happy to offer dog boarding (1 dog) for times you are away.

Hi I’m Den, 28 living in the west end. I’ve been looking after pets all my life and recently have now been caring for others.
I can now house small dogs and cats.
I'm bookable Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Monday to Thursday, I'm available in the evenings from 1700 for drop in visits.
I provide walks long and short dependent on age and circumstance. If your dogs particularly energetic I can run with them as-well!
