"I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my small Shih Tzu to Diego and Alia for a few days, and I couldn't be happier with the care provided. From the moment we met, Diego and his wife displayed a genuine love for animals and a professional approach to pet sitting.
My Shih Tzu can be a bit anxious, especially around new people, but Diego handled him with such kindness and patience that he quickly warmed up. The daily updates, including photos and messages about their activities, were a wonderful touch that kept me at ease while I was away.
I was particularly impressed with how attentive Diego and Alia were to my dog's specific needs, ensuring he was fed, walked, and cuddled according to his routine. The house was also well-kept and just as I left it upon my return.

"I can’t praise Alex enough! She was so amazing with both my puppy and my cat. My furry babies had an amazing time and Alex made them feel so comfortable. I received constant updates and photos and could see how happy my babies were. I had complete peace of mind leaving them with Alex and would 100% recommend her. "Our Theodore has had the best of his time in Paulina’s company. Communication with Paulina has been great, she is super flexible and easy going. She has taken lots of amazing photos of Theo playing and we were super happy to see how he was getting on. Paulina pays great attention to what the needs of the dog are so she can accomodate as best as possible. "I had confidence in Ruta and her family as soon as I met them on a pre-stay visit when she wanted to know absolute details of Kandy’s care including her walking, feeding and sleeping routines and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. "Laura looked after our 3 year old Cockapoo for 6 days in the beginning of April this year. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for him. Laura looked after him so well, diligently followed all instructions regarding his medicine administration, food and treats, as he has food allergies. I got frequent updates, pictures and videos that were so reassuring and put my mind to rest. "If I could give 10 stars for everything I would. Under any other circumstances both dogs are usually reactive, but Rebecca clearly has a calming influence. I have never seen 2 dogs (who have never ever been boarded before) so relaxed and happy in their (new & strange) environment. I have had plenty of pictures and messages which has given me the greatest of reassurance and pleasure of knowing that these 2 dogs have clearly had the trip of a lifetime. I have already recommended Rebecca to people and she is number 1 favourite sitter from now on."

"This was the first time we used Mel or any sitter. Any fears of using a sitter, disappeared when we first met Mel at a meet and greet. she was absolutely lovely and instantly put us at ease. she clearly loves dogs and has two lovely dogs of her own. she treated our two as if they were her own.
she took them to parks, cafes for puppuccinos etc. She has fun activities for the dogs at her home, a lovely big garden and warm home that my dogs loved.
her communications whilst looking after my dogs was amazing. she would sends pictures and videos each and every day.
I couldn't recommend Mel more highly.

"100% would recommend Andrei and his wonderful family, Molly was made to be part of the family and looked after better than we could of ever hoped for, from playing ball with the girls, cheekily getting treats and lots of belly rubs to lovely walks.

"This was my first time leaving my English bull terrier with Lucy I gave her all the information I could about my dog and Lucy took everything on board and more I was worried at first that they would find Lola a handful as yes still a poppy at heart just over a year old but Lucy updated me with loads of photos and information and I could see until from my own dogs body language that she was very relaxed and happy and had lots of constant attention and fun from Lucy and her family she thoroughly enjoyed herself and took to their family very quickly on arrival of picking Lola up she was very relaxed very calm and I have never seen her like that before it's like she didn't want to leave which was very pleasing for me as she found Lucy and her family a friendly environment to be in I highly recommend anybody to use Lucy as soon as they can as she's more than capable and competent of looking after any breed and most importantly you can tell that she has a lot of love for all animals especially dogs I will be using Lucy as much as I can and when she is available as now I know I can go away on weekends and not have to worry at all nine my dog is in safe hands"
