"Tricia took great care of our dog, Slash. For over a week while we were away. He’s a 37kg mixed breed who needs daily medication for his allergies, and she handled that with no issues. I could tell she really adored him and has a big heart for dogs.
She kept us at ease while we were away by sending regular updates and photos throughout the day, which we really appreciated!
Slash came home happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after - it seemed like he had a lovely time with her."

"Duke was well cared for by Rachel, she kept him cool and comfortable in the heatwave. He didn't stop to say goodbye when we dropped him off and was happy to go in with her. Rachel was straight away walking Duke at the initial meet, and led us along a cool riverside walk being aware of how Duke reacted to the heat, letting him stop and investigate the new smells along the way. Rachel let us know how Duke was during the stay. We would definitely book with Rachel again."

"One of the BEST PET SITTER I have ever met! I can't recommend her enough.
When the other sitter cancelled on me last minute, I was desperate to find someone to look after our loved dog.
I saw Ana's profile and even though she was a new sitter, I decided to take my chances. This was the BEST DECISION ever.
When I met her, I saw how well her dog was looked after and knew that Luna was in good hands.
She took so good care of Luna that both me and my husband were so grateful and happy and we were able to enjoy our holiday in peace, knowing that our Luna was well taken care of.
Ana kept us updated with photos and videos. She took Luna for walks twice a day. On top of everything, she is kind and polite.
A bonus was to find out that she speaks my native language, Portuguese.
Ana, I can't thank you enough for the amazing care you provided for Luna and for taking her in as if she was part of your family.
Just to let you know, we have decided that you will be our official Pet Sitter from now onwards.

"We couldn’t have been happier with Shanai and Harbir. It was clear how much they genuinely care for animals and our dog Mabel had a wonderful stay with them. They kept us fully updated with great communication and plenty of photos and treated her like a member of the family. We can’t recommend them highly enough and we’d love Mabel to go back to them every time we go away. They really are the perfect pet sitters and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. "Next time I need help with my dog in Welwyn Garden City I will be on here contacting Emily. She responded quickly to my booking request and to all my communication. Was super flexible with drop off and pick up times. Emily created an instant rapport with Lou leaving me at easy when I left my fur baby with her. Emily send some videos from the walk they went on and a picture of her settled in her bed. Lou was relaxed and calm today when I collected her I am very happy with my decision to leave Lou with Emily. Thank you Emily. "

"Our black Lab, Bella, had a wonderful weekend with Nick and his family. We were a little nervous about leaving her at first, but as soon as we met Nick, we felt completely at ease.
