Hello, I'm a pet sitter/walker based in Headingley and have two awesome rescue house cats. I offer services in the Headingley/Meanwood/Kirkstall areas. 
I have lots of experience with cats, dogs and rabbits as both an owner and sitter and I would love to help look after your pet(s). Message me if you have any questions and I'll aim to get back to you as quickly as possible.
In the past, I have fostered several rabbits whilst waiting on rehoming, adopted an old rescue bulldog and during the pandemic I took 2 house cats into my home for 6 months whilst their owners relocated. So, i'm well versed in looking after and caring for four legged friends.&nbsp;
As well as looking after animals I'm a dab hand at watering plants, taking bins in/out, picking up mail, parcels etc.

I can come to your home and I can spend time taking your dog for a walk, cleaning litter trays, feeding/watering and generally having fun playing with your pet and their favourite toys. Depending on your pets needs, I can take them for up to two walks per day and I'm happy to meet up with you a few days in advance of your trip to meet your pet(s).
References can be provided and I'm happy to have a chat on the phone as part of a vetting process. I'm very particular about who looks after my cat and understand that its important to do this.&nbsp;

Hello, I am a new arrival in the United Kingdom. I have just started a job as a professor at the school of computing in the University of Leeds. Outside of work, my interests include travel and music: I played in orchestras for a long time, but these days most of my music-making involves the guitar, which I have been playing for about five years.Previously I lived in Wellington, New Zealand. My pet there was a 17-year-old cat named Wibbly. Wibbly moved in with me when a family friend was no longer able to look after him. He required medication every day for his hyperthyrodism and also needed a strict diet of renal-care food so I am accustomed to high-maintenance animals.I am trying to get to know the city of Leeds, my new home, and I miss the company of cats! So if I can explore some neighbourhoods while looking after pets, that would be all the better. I am interested in house-sitting for medium or long periods. I have experience with cats, but I also am very comfortable with dogs. I am neat and keep a tidy house. I feel that I can get on well with any pet, even if that means leaving them alone and respecting their space.


I've always attracted and been surrounded by kids and animals alike. Been actively involved in rescue, forster and rehabilitation of animals of all kinds since a very young age. Before I came to UK I had to rehome 3 of my rescue fur babies who were a failed foster as they needed extra care and so became my pets eventually. I miss them terribly and understand the need for trustworthy good care that these babies deserve as I myself struggled to find an actual good home for mine when I had to leave. I can't have pets of my own for now as I don't have a stable home and I miss their company. What better way to spend time with them than being a petsitter! Hi. My name is Jess and I am 20. I have done one year of Animal Care. I have owned a dog and own a cat. Also walked friends' dogs many times.&nbsp;
I am willing to walk your pet, and take care of them at your house or just drop in for a visit. As someone who walks a lot I know multiple places all of varying lengths I can go to for walks with your pets to make sure they will be receiving the best enrichment possible. I love animals and would love a permanent job with them in the future, preferably the RSPCA. This is to help get experience and to understand the difference between each pet. Dog walking between 1-4hrs:
I can take your dog on a walk in multiple places. All of varying lengths to fit the dogs needs. The places I will be going to will be Harewood House, Gledhow Forest, Thruscross Resovoir
Pet visits for check- ins 1-2 times a day:
Here I will come in to your house and visit your pet. I will stay for about 30-45 mins and feed, play and give them attention.
So to avoid wasting time I live in Harehills and do not own a car. This means you must drop your pet off with me unless you are within a suitable distance to walk. If a car will be used I shall be getting a lift from my grandparents who have joined me in walking people's dogs in the past and continue to do so. They also owned multiple dogs in their lifetime so understand the behaviour well.&nbsp;
