"I booked Sarah due to her experience with disabled cats, and one of my mine has epilepsy that we are trying to find the correct medicine dosage for. She took excellent care of my 2 cats and kept me updated with photos and videos, and administered all medications. More importantly, my epileptic cat had a longer-than-usual seizure and when she could not reach me, she was proactive in administering emergency medication. She handled all in between communications between myself and the vet and made herself available for my calls and vet visits. Sarah handled things with great care, calm, and expertise, and I’m extremely grateful to have had such a competent sitter during an emergency."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after my cats and kittens. From the very beginning, they were attentive, reliable, and genuinely caring. It gave me real peace of mind knowing my pets were in such safe and capable hands.
They went above and beyond to make sure all of my cats were comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of attention and affection. My kittens especially require a bit of extra care and patience, and it was clear they handled them with such kindness and understanding. I also really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which reassured me that everything was going smoothly while I was away."

"I am sure all pet owners worry when they have to leave their pets with someone they don't know well but with Marina there was definitely no need to worry. She looked after my two dachshunds and one cat so well, she sent videos to me more than once a day which helped me relax while away from home. The videos were so funny, watching her talk to the dogs while out walking made me laugh so much. The dogs loved being with her and I would not hesitate to ask her to pet sit for me again. She was fantastic, can't praise her enough. The dogs were obviously glad to see me on my return but after a few hours I think they were looking for Marina! Absolutely great, would give more than five stars if I could. Hilary"

"Alex has been an outstanding dog sitter. She has messaged me throughout her stay, giving me updates of the dogs, putting my mind at ease.
She has looked after the dogs with such care, making sure they were cool during the heat wave and even taking them on walks in the morning and late evening!
One of our dogs is strong and difficult to walk, however, Alex put the needs of the dog first and walked him - even our regular dog walker doesn’t walk the dog - so this was truly amazing for us.
Alex is a lovely, kind and caring person who I fully trust with all my dogs. This is the first time I ever used a dog sitter and therefore I was a bit nervous, however, Alex made the whole time easy and I look forward to booking her again! Thank you Alex! "

"Superb. Hannah looked after our Labradoodle 'B' as if he were her own. She quickly put our minds at ease leaving B while we went on vacation and knowing she really cared for him and was eager to help train out some of the bad habits he had developed during lockdown - and with success! She sent pictures and updates daily, she took him to the groomer for us and they went on walks to new areas, ensuring he was kept busy and exercised. "I genuinely couldn't have felt more comfortable with Emma taking care of my blind cat Freya staying in my home while I was away for a couple of nights.
Freya immediately took to Emma when they first met, and I was satisfied & impressed with the level of care she displayed when discussing Freya's routines, likes, dislikes etc.
I came home to a very happy cat and was pleased with the level of communication during Emma's stay. I won't hesitate to use her services again - it's great knowing I have someone I can trust to care for Freya in my absence!
