"Jasmine was fantastic with our 4 dogs, 2 cats, 3 guinea pigs and gargoyle gecko. She met all their needs and brought them all round, even those who don't trust easily. The fluffy ones were all taking it in turns for cuddles and love and even the gecko came out at times she wouldn't normally to see her.
Updates and communication was great, loads of pictures of them happy and chilled. We knew they were in great hands and could just enjoy our holiday.
Jasmine really went above and beyond, offering to buy a paddling pool to keep them cool in the hot weather and replacing a broken mop.
As a person, she's just lovely and genuine and the animals responded to her gentle and calming persona. Jasmine even groomed our super fluffy cat and cut out any lugs.
We left money for fresh food, which Jasmine went to buy from the shop - nothing was too much trouble.
The house was clean and tidy when we returned home and we will definitely book again. Thank you so much xxx"

"Steph isn't just a cat sitter, she is your pets new best friend! She looked after our cats (who can be a handful!) for 11 nights straight and provided us with constant videos and photos to keep us at ease whilst we were away. She sends thoughtful messages from your fur babies too which is a lovely touch and makes being away more bearable. She goes above and beyond, making sure they are played with and cared for as if they were her own - one of our cardboard cat scratchers broke and she went out and replaced it for us to make sure they weren't without. On top of all of that we came home to a spotless house, a garden with watered plants and two very very happy and relaxed cats. They absolutely love her, they are usually scared of new people but took to Steph like they'd known her their whole lives.
She is very knowledgeable on pets and their welfare and is constantly improving through courses, books, etc. If anything seems slightly off about your animal she will let you know right away - one of our boys has digestive problems so anytime he had a runny stool she let us know and kept and eye on him to find the cause.
If you want the absolute best care for your animal, Steph should be your choice!"

"Stephanie was fantastic and we felt very lucky to have her sitting for our four little fluff balls. She’s a complete natural with cats and they absolutely loved her - she even got our very shy girl (who usually hides in a cupboard when strangers are around) to be playful with her, after only a day. She also left the house spotless which was great to come back to. I don’t think our cats actually noticed we’d been anywhere at all - they hardly batted an eyelid when we returned, they were so relaxed and well cared for. We d love to have her back anytime! "

"I sent a message to Celine 1 week before for house sitting. She meet Cyril few days before and her and Cyril had a really good connection from the start. Went fir a walk and she took on the lead all the way so I got a really good feeling it will be a no problem at all. When she left after 1st visit to meet Cyril sounds very happy. On the date, she came on time with a lovely smile in her face and Cyril was so happy to see her. She keeps posting all the time with text and pictures in which it's very reassuring. When we came back from our night everything was tidy and puppy was half asleep ..I really recommend Celine, she is very calm patient, friendly and you can feel her love for animal."

"Sha was incredible with our two. Homemade treats that the dogs absolutely loved, regular updates and the most wonderful pictures while we were away. All our worries were taken care of and the dogs accepted Sha into their home so well, that they did not want Sha to leave. It was exactly what we needed and if Sha is available, book immediately before someone else takes the booking!!!!"
