We received daily updates, and Sophie was completely transparent with any potential issues while we were away. "Daniela looked after Coco, our anxious and temperamental cat, over New Years and we couldn’t have picked a better sitter. Usually we leave Coco with family or friends and this was the first time we booked a sitter for overnight stays. We were both apprehensive of how Coco would be with someone she didn’t know in the house, however we need not have worried as Daniela was fantastic. She sent us pictures and updates and even managed to get a cuddle or two from Coco. She was also kind enough to meet with us and Coco first to get an idea of Coco’s needs which we really appreciated and it put our minds at ease. We would highly recommend Daniela and it was great to have a trip knowing Coco was in safe hands. Thank you!"

"So glad we found Lena to house sit and look after our dog Hamish. He’s a very energetic spaniel so we were anxious about finding someone who could manage that energy and Lena was absolutely wonderful with him. He even injured his paw right before we left and Lena was great about finding new ways to get him tired aside from walking, and very careful about checking the details for giving him antibiotics and ensuring his paw stayed clean.
She was very thorough asking about our routine, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to find out about our house to make sure everything was secure and safe when she left after a two night stay. (Plus, the house was very tidy when we got back, and she even washed the bed linen!)
Lena was great at communicating with us while we were away, sending us videos and voice notes frequently to let us know what she and Hamish were up to! As an anxious dog parent this was massively reassuring and can’t wait for her to come back for our next booking as Hamish clearly had a lot of fun! Can’t thank you enough for keeping him safe and happy at home while we were away!"

"Alan was great, we've had him stay over twice now. Super reliable and communicative, and was available even with very little notice. Mika is not always the easiest dog to connect with but she really seemed to take to him, and was really happy to see him when he returned. She was very relaxed on both occasions. Alan was great at communicating with us whilst we were away, kept us updated with photos, and he kept the house spotless. 10 out of 10!"

"Isabelle looked after my 19 week old black lab pup for two nights this weekend just passed and it's the first time I left him with anyone that wasn't family. She sent me lovely pictures and asked questions when she needed to, and I came back to my lovely wee boy all fed, clean, looked after and clearly happy! Always wagging his tail after her - means he had lots of fun and love! Thank you Isabelle for looking after him so well and sending me pics/messages to keep my mind at ease. "It was very short notice and Acacia was so kind with the cats whilst we were rushing about mad to go glamping for the weekend. My cats seemed happy when I returned and not anxious about the 2 day break. One can be anxious but he was sniffing her hand very quickly, when she first met him. My other cat is very friendly. She was quickly booked and very reliable. I will have her look after my cats overnight or for the day again. We’re really pleased we have found a reliable cat sitter."
