"Simon is fabulous, he took great care of our six dogs and our home. When we came back the house was spotless. And more importantly, he followed all of our instructions including watching our dogs eat to make sure they didn’t choke and keeping the house safe with the alarm system and he also walked two dogs a day separately as requested to ensure their safety around off lead big dogs and other unexpected things. He updated us often (every day which was very appreciated) and was always to the point and clear and reassuring which was appreciated during our busy holidays. Simon’s attention to detail is brilliant and, saying this as someone who used to be an experienced pet sitter myself, you will struggle to find someone as good as him! "

"Bella did an amazing job looking after Buddy and Snowball, including wonderful outings and wild walks for Buddy and dealing with an unexpected injury which meant a visit to the vets and after care / giving meds etc for Snowball. All handled with confidence and ease. Bella sent some lovely pics and regular updates so I felt reassured the whole time I was away. I would recommend Bella without hesitation…thank you for taking care of the house and my pets 🤩"

"Amber looked after our two dogs for 12 days while we were on holiday. She kept us updated with pictures and how they were getting on. One of our dogs is on medication and she kept on top of that and our other dog has to eat in a high chair because of an illness and she did everything as we had asked of her! She was very good with both dogs and we would definitely use her services again! Thank you Amber ☺️ "

"Evie and her partner were wonderful sitters. We were worried about leaving Lilly our anxious labrador on her own for the first time but needn't have been. Evie played with her, took her out for walks and even on a little trip to a local nature park. When we had to come home early in the middle of the night, Evie very kindly waited up for us and made sure Lilly was ok before saying goodbye. A very tired and happy labrador has tobe the perfect sign of a good sitting."

"I would definitely recommend Holly! She was able to help with a last-minute booking and still made time to come for a meet and greet beforehand, which was really reassuring. She took great care of all my pets and kept me regularly updated with messages and photos while I was away. It was lovely knowing they were happy and well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and would highly recommend her to others. 🐾❤️"

"Georgie was a fantastic sitter for our dog. We left Georgie with a young (under 1) energetic girl for 7 days and upon our return the house was clean and the dog was happy. We received regular correspondence and we needed not to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Georgie and I will be in touch with her when we arrange our next holiday. 5 stars!"

"Absolutely amazing. First time using a dog sitter and was desperate because of a family bereavement. Jill and Colin came to have a meet and it went so well we booked. They came on the day took the stress away knowing they were with my babies. They are amazing such lovely people and my youngest does not like people but she got on so well with them so that’s a testament to them both, thank you to you both x x x x "

"Gustavo came and looked after our pets for 24 hours just as agreed. He sent us reassuring messages and photos. Clearly our dog and cats were relaxed and happy with him. He read and followed all our written notes about feeding, walks etc. We are very happy with his service, and highly recommend him. We will be contacting Gustavo again next time we plan a night away."

Pawshake also offers house sitting in

Why house sitting ?

Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Dodworth home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Dodworth.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Dodworth home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Pet owners book house sitting in Dodworth on Pawshake. Over 491 pet owners in Dodworth have left a review, with an average of 4.98/5. All paid safely using Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
