Hello, I'm a pet sitter/walker based in Headingley and have two awesome rescue house cats. I offer services in the Headingley/Meanwood/Kirkstall areas. 
I have lots of experience with cats, dogs and rabbits as both an owner and sitter and I would love to help look after your pet(s). Message me if you have any questions and I'll aim to get back to you as quickly as possible.
In the past, I have fostered several rabbits whilst waiting on rehoming, adopted an old rescue bulldog and during the pandemic I took 2 house cats into my home for 6 months whilst their owners relocated. So, i'm well versed in looking after and caring for four legged friends.&nbsp;
As well as looking after animals I'm a dab hand at watering plants, taking bins in/out, picking up mail, parcels etc.

I can come to your home and I can spend time taking your dog for a walk, cleaning litter trays, feeding/watering and generally having fun playing with your pet and their favourite toys. References can be provided and I'm happy to have a chat on the phone as part of a vetting process. I'm very particular about who looks after my cat and understand that its important to do this.&nbsp;

I am a registered pharmacist and currently work as a self employed locum only part time. I have decided I would like some change in life and enjoy different experiences. I like to travel and I am dog lover, so the oportunity to travel around the UK combined with dog and house sitting seems like a great idea. I have been helping friends to look after their dogs for years, I walk nearly daily our friend's border terriers, I take one of them to camping and hiking holidays around the country. I love hiking and walking, I have also worked with horses and still enjoy horse riding on a regular basis. I would be able not only to look after a dog or dogs, but also horses. I have completed dog walking course. I understand how important it is for dog owner to make sure when away from a dog everything goes smoothly and stress free and to be informed, how the dog is doing.I do not mind travelling to different parts of the UK, I love Scotland for the hiking and walking oportunities. My schedule is quite flexible, I can book shifts when and where I wish, so I can make it work even quite far from my home address.


Hello friends! I'm Georgie! I'm currently a masters student and will be a PHD student soon. So for now I have loads of free time to look after doggies and cats. I'm a very outgoing girl and animals love me! I have 5 pets, 1 dog, 3 cats and 1 bird. I am a massive animal lover, having a soft spot for especially cats and dogs. (If the three cats didn't give it away haha) My home is in Leeds and I study in Sheffield so I can take care of your pets in either city no problem!
If I was to look after your pet, I would be able to give them loads of attention, ensure they are brushed properly, fed and cleaned. I can walk the dog between half an hour and one hour, and I can walk the dog twice a day if needed. (I have a big yard where I can walk or play with doggies). I will be able to go to your house once or twice a day for between 30-60 minutes, both cats and dogs. I'd make sure they have treats and get lots of pets, even a little snooze on my lap if they wanted! I understand that some pets may be a little shy or stand-offish, so I'll make sure to slowly introduce myself to make them feel comfortable and not so stressed.
In terms of home visits and home sitting, I mostly study from my ipad so I can keep your pets company for longer if I was to take my ipad with me. For the price of one visit, I typically will accompany your pet for at least half an hour or longer. (If I'm not in a rush)I can always send plenty of photos or videos when I am with your pet!
For Dog boarding, please drop off your dog no earlier than noon, and pick up by the following morning. If you pick up your pet in the afternoon the next day, an additional day's dog care fee will apply.
I have a preference to pet sit nearby my own area as I don't have any vehicle. I am happy to go anywhere within 30~40 minutes on foot. (Happy to go further if you cover the bus fare)

Hi, I am a 21 year old student at the University of Leeds in my final year, living in Headingley. I am currently saving for a volunteering trip to South East Asia this summer and also missing my dog at home, so any interaction with pets would be a huge benefit!
Whilst my experience isn't professional, I have taken care of my own Newfoundland dogs since I can remember, and being a giant breed I am very comfortable in handling and walking big dogs. I also have plenty of experience in house sitting, I will leave your house clean and tidy and will most definitely give your pets the fuss and attention they need.
I am available to do home visits and walking once or occasionally twice a day if needed. I have a car so can drive to locations. I am used to long walks but I can tailor this to whatever your dog is used to. I know how important regular pupdates are so I will always make sure you get plenty of photos and videos whilst you are away :)
Being a student my timetable varies week by week however my general availability is as follows:

Monday: 9-11am , 3-5pm
Tuesday: All Day
Wednesday:  9-11am , 3-5pm
Thursday: All Day
Friday: 1pm-5pm

Evenings and weekends availability will vary on a week by week basis but I am happy to discuss.

Hello, I am a new arrival in the United Kingdom. I have just started a job as a professor at the school of computing in the University of Leeds. Outside of work, my interests include travel and music: I played in orchestras for a long time, but these days most of my music-making involves the guitar, which I have been playing for about five years.Previously I lived in Wellington, New Zealand. My pet there was a 17-year-old cat named Wibbly. Wibbly moved in with me when a family friend was no longer able to look after him. He required medication every day for his hyperthyrodism and also needed a strict diet of renal-care food so I am accustomed to high-maintenance animals.I am trying to get to know the city of Leeds, my new home, and I miss the company of cats! So if I can explore some neighbourhoods while looking after pets, that would be all the better. I am interested in house-sitting for medium or long periods. I have experience with cats, but I also am very comfortable with dogs. I am neat and keep a tidy house. I feel that I can get on well with any pet, even if that means leaving them alone and respecting their space.

Pet visits for check- ins 1-2 times a day:
Here I will come in to your house and visit your pet. I will stay for about 30-45 mins and feed, play and give them attention.
So to avoid wasting time I live in Harehills and do not own a car. This means you must drop your pet off with me unless you are within a suitable distance to walk. If a car will be used I shall be getting a lift from my grandparents who have joined me in walking people's dogs in the past and continue to do so. They also owned multiple dogs in their lifetime so understand the behaviour well.&nbsp;
