"Anna stayed at my home and looked after my cat for 10 days. I found Anna to be really trustworthy. She contacted me daily with updates and wasn’t scared to seek clarification on things (which I found reassuring). I came home to find both cat and home as I left them - which is precisely what I wanted! My cat had clearly been cared for in her own environment- so I wasn’t met by a sulky cat! I would definitely use Anna again as her rates are very competitive and my cat is able to stay in her own territory while I’m away."

"Our dog Kojak was in love with Lydia from the moment they met and he is very particular about who he will go to. Felt very happy leaving him and our cat Jib in her care while we were on holiday for two weeks and she was great at updating us with pics of her with the pets. It was lovely to relax while we were away knowing that they were happy in her care. Everything was ship shape on our return and we would very much like to use her again in the future. "

"Eilidh is responsive, professional and kind. As a dog parent, travelling has always been a major consideration, somewhat a dread if I’m honest as I’m always worried about the little ones. Eilidh made my trip possible, enabling me to have some “me” time.
Some of the highlights:
- Responsiveness: Outstanding communication. Eilidh responded with 15 minutes at all times, pre, during and post dog sitting.
- Genuine love for the dogs: Eilidh was welcome to go out for a few hours per day, but she rarely left the dogs. Maximum time she left the dogs was 2 hours in a 24 hour period. This was over a four day period. This is wonderful to see as Eilidh genuinely wanted to spend time with them despite she had my permission to go out for longer. She also slept on the sofa to keep the dogs company as they were not allowed in bedrooms.
- Transparency: I was able to leave Furbo on to keep an eye on things. Complete trust and transparency.
- Toy breed: Eilidh looked after my toy breed dogs, appreciating that at 2kg they are much more fragile so Eilidh was very careful with them
- Mixed ages: From the age of 4 months to 8 years.
- Medication administration: One of my senior dogs has a heart problem, Eilidh administered the medication punctually and correctly.
- Diet: Dogs are raw fed, Eilidh handled raw meat with ease.
- House maintenance: My home was well maintained, a respectful guest.
I am a repeat customer of Eilidh and will continue to be, as a professional working in the city, Eilidh has given me the freedom to travel knowing that my little ones will be well cared for. I would highly recommend her!"

"Olga has been excellent from start to finish! She was very helpful in our initial correspondence and punctual on arrival. She ensured our puppy’s every need was met, including making sure any Christmas decorations weren’t destroyed! Olga even arrived early on the first day to make sure all details could be explained before we left for work. She also generally had some useful advice around looking after Rusty. "Nathan is an excellent pet and house sitter - polite, punctual, professional, friendly and a total natural with pets. He took time to get to know Eddie the Jackapoo before staying with him and was very caring and responsive to his needs and doggy eccentricities. Eddie clearly had a fabulous time with Nathan and I received daily updates with photos. I felt we were in exceptionally safe hands because Nathan is very experienced with dogs and is extremely well qualified when it comes to veterinary issues and practicalities. Thank you! "

"We can’t thank Anya enough for taking care of our shi tzu puppy while we were away for few days. She is so caring and loves to spend time with pets, such lovely and joyful person, communication with her was great from the very beginning (her daily updates were so detailed that i did not even need to ask further questions, just enjoyed the photos with our dog), we felt we could trust our puppy and house with her.
She even bought a toy for Daisy and now it became our dogs favorite toy to play. How sweets is that ?!
