"Valentina was super responsive from the first message and that immediately put me at ease. She was very nice and very reliable and sent us a little update of our dog daily. She even offered to stay a bit later on the final day to feed the dog even though we initially had told her she didn’t need to. This made me think that she really cares about the animals she looks after. We’ll definitely ask her to look after Pebble again next time we go away, and I’d recommend her to anyone who wants a calm and dependable dog sitter! "

"Moriah has stayed with our girls for just about three weeks. It’s a long time to have someone you don’t know stay in your house and care for your pets, but the moment we had our meet and greet, we felt good about it. We weren’t disappointed. The girls were both happy and healthy when we returned and the house was spotless. Our dog struggles with anxiety and takes some time to warm up to new people but that did not phase Moriah and they were quick to become friends. 😊I would recommend Moriah and would be happy to book her services again."

"Bella was incredibly caring towards our three dogs and gave a lot of updates throughout the day which made us feel extremely safe. We came home to our dogs extremely happy and they felt incredibly safe with her and displayed less initial anxiety when we were away compared to friends and family we had left them with prior. She is keenly aware of our three dog's different personalities and needs and made sure they felt taken care of. Our dogs are seniors and we had not traveled as a family since the pandemic, so we were quite unsure how they would react, but Bella made it as seamless and comfortable for them as possible. I am extremely happy with trusting Bella with the well being of our three dogs. "

"Otávio is a friendly and honest person, and the communication with him was very easy and efficient. He stayed for 2 weeks and made special efforts to cover during Christmas and New Year holidays. It is clear that our cat loved him as she looked happy and not very excited to see us :) We highly recommend Otávio and we will not hesitate asking him again to take car of our cat next time!"

"This was both Christie and my first time on Pawshake and what a fabulous start! She's communicative, super friendly and kind. Christie looked after the dogs and the house immaculately. "It was great to have Eylül looking after our cat Mochi over Christmas. She was really good at communication before the booking and kept me updated during her time sitting as well, sending pictures and videos. I think she has a good understanding of cats and their behaviours and that helps a lot, especially with Mochi who is quite energetic and demanding. The flat was tidy and Mochi seemed content when we arrived, making us also very happy with Eylul's service. I will totally choose her again in the future to look after our cat."

"Federica was wonderful! I have never had a pet sitter before so I was beyond anxious since the start. I was going to be away for four nights, and being my cat is a lockdown kitten, he has never had other human interaction asides myself and the vets. He’s also always been a bit sickish and despite being pure energy so he also needs to take medication, which also added to my stress of leaving him. But things went fabulous; she stayed overnight with my cat and he absolutely adored her, communication was great, she could give him his medication no bother and it was overall a huge positive experience. I don’t have family in this country so I don’t really have people to rely on with pet care, and seeing how lovely she was with my cat gave me a lot of peace of mind when leaving. I’m glad I met Federica because I’ll definitely be asking her back when Covid allows me to go somewhere.
I cannot recommend highly enough."
