"Steph isn't just a cat sitter, she is your pets new best friend! She looked after our cats (who can be a handful!) for 11 nights straight and provided us with constant videos and photos to keep us at ease whilst we were away. She sends thoughtful messages from your fur babies too which is a lovely touch and makes being away more bearable. She goes above and beyond, making sure they are played with and cared for as if they were her own - one of our cardboard cat scratchers broke and she went out and replaced it for us to make sure they weren't without. On top of all of that we came home to a spotless house, a garden with watered plants and two very very happy and relaxed cats. They absolutely love her, they are usually scared of new people but took to Steph like they'd known her their whole lives.
She is very knowledgeable on pets and their welfare and is constantly improving through courses, books, etc. If anything seems slightly off about your animal she will let you know right away - one of our boys has digestive problems so anytime he had a runny stool she let us know and kept and eye on him to find the cause.
If you want the absolute best care for your animal, Steph should be your choice!"

"Contacted Holly last minute for a home stay after not being able to find anyone to watch my dog. I was a little nervous as he has never been looked after by someone I didn’t know before but Holly was great. She was really patient when meeting him until he warmed to her and sent regular updates throughout the day about how he was getting on which put me at ease. Will definitely be using her again!"

"Im so glad and grateful to Spencer for staying with our pets this summer. She is a caring and lovely person. Our pets absolutely loved her. She had instant connection with them even with the most timid Ravi the rat. She did a great job of taking care of the pets and a house. I literally couldn't say a bad word about her and the job she did. And if she is free next time we go away , I would love to hire her again."

"We had Lucas to look after our mid-sized dog Kuro at ours for 9 nights and he was fantastic! He bonded with Kuro straight away, and although Kuro is not the easiest dog, he was super chilled and handled various situations with ease. He definitely gave more than we give to Kuro normally, which is great! Lucas is really friendly, and super professional throughout - wanted to do everything right for Kuro and us. He also went above and beyond. We came back from a holiday with a clean set of bed sheets which he washed and basically a totally clean house. He must have spent a lot of time for that. We did not expect that and were therefore so impressed with it. When we came back home Kuro was a happy chap. I guess Kuro had a lovely holiday with Lucas while we were away on ours and we want to give our sincere thanks to Lucas to make that happen. Recommended wholeheartedly."

"We booked Katie to look after our two mutts for the weekend and I cannot praise her highly enough. Her communication before hand was excellent, she was willing to come meet the dogs and take them on a couple of 'get to know you walks' (which were of course paid for). She then let us know on the day when she had arrived and kept us up to date with how the dogs were doing.
I would wonder why anyone would put a dog (or dogs) in kennels when you have people like Katie around. One of our dogs is a rescue and he would have been very stressed. As it was he had a fine time in his own time with a dog crazy sitter!
My only reservation about giving Katie 5 star feedback is that she may not be available when we need her in the future!"

"Stephanie was fantastic and we felt very lucky to have her sitting for our four little fluff balls. She’s a complete natural with cats and they absolutely loved her - she even got our very shy girl (who usually hides in a cupboard when strangers are around) to be playful with her, after only a day. She also left the house spotless which was great to come back to. I don’t think our cats actually noticed we’d been anywhere at all - they hardly batted an eyelid when we returned, they were so relaxed and well cared for. We d love to have her back anytime! "
