I love animals and have had different kinds of animals throughout my life. I regularly care for the pets of my friends and family when they go away on holiday etc. I can feed and walk your pets and provide stimulation and play activities for them.
I'm a teacher so am available through the school holidays to take care of your pets. I will be available most weekends and may be able to accommodate other dates upon request.

I have a current and enhanced DBS check. I am a responsible and reliable adult and your pets will be cared for and kept safe. Throughout their stay your pets will be treated like our own and we are always respectful of any instructions or requirements that are given with regards to your pet. 
I have a fully enclosed and secure garden which is perfect for your pets to have a mooch around. I am able to administer medication and if necessary provide additional support for your pets. I also have experience of high energy dogs. I live close to a wonderful park which is perfect for walking your dog. We have room for a crate so if necessary I could crate your dog.
Let me know if your dog has any additional needs or requires any medication and these will be accounted for. I have personal experience of high energy dogs and can accommodate this need.

Currently, we have Mr Tibbles, a large 11 year old tabby who loves to sleep. He is vaguely tolerant of our other cat, Mimi, who is a tuxedo. She's 10 years old, a rescue and has energy beyond her years. I have had some experience cat sitting, so I'm used to meeting new cats.Having had many types of cats previously, I'm comfortable with anxious cats, and cats who aren't too social. I have experience socialising cats, so I'm happy to put in that extra effort to make sure your cat is comfortable with me. Of course, I love affectionate cats, and will probably spend some time playing and stroking them! I've been a huge lover of dogs since a very young age.&nbsp;Once I was into the working world I didn't think twice about what I wanted to do.&nbsp;I've worked in variety of different groomers, helped out in group walks, had experince working in a Kennels. I also successfully ran my own dog boarding business for just under a year back in 2019.In my house, we have a dog named Murphy and a cat named Burrito. They get on super well and they are really chilled so another dog in the home wouldn't be a problem if that's a service you require. My house has great parks and moors within a 2 mile radius. Dogs can practically have the run of the house, and can stretch out on our leather sofas and chill after a good walk.I can offer basic grooming, so if your dog gets filthy I can give them a bath. I can only administer medication as well if this is applicable.I offer:Dog Walking, allowing your dogs to explore areas in and around Wakefield, walks can be be for half an hour to an hour, depending on your dogs needs.&nbsp;Dog Sitting &amp; Dog Boarding means I constantly providing love and care throughout the day, allowing your dogs to play, socialise and, of course, plenty of naps.Included in Puppy Visits and Cat Visits I would fed them if that's needed. I will be taking care of your cat at your place when you are travelling or busy at work. At my visit, I will play with them, spend time, give food, change water, litter cleaning, brush hair any other thing you need. I will follow routine as you say. 
I'm also pleased to keep you informed about your pet while you're away. Messaging you with any updates, capturing photographs and videos of your pet, and sending them to you. I realise that even if they are just gone for a few hours, pet owners miss their fur babies a lot. I make you feel comfortable that your pet is being well cared for. I am sensitive and want to make other pet owners feel comfortable that your pet is properly cared.

Hello, I am a new arrival in the United Kingdom. I have just started a job as a professor at the school of computing in the University of Leeds. Outside of work, my interests include travel and music: I played in orchestras for a long time, but these days most of my music-making involves the guitar, which I have been playing for about five years.Previously I lived in Wellington, New Zealand. My pet there was a 17-year-old cat named Wibbly. Wibbly moved in with me when a family friend was no longer able to look after him. He required medication every day for his hyperthyrodism and also needed a strict diet of renal-care food so I am accustomed to high-maintenance animals.I am trying to get to know the city of Leeds, my new home, and I miss the company of cats! So if I can explore some neighbourhoods while looking after pets, that would be all the better. I am interested in house-sitting for medium or long periods. I have experience with cats, but I also am very comfortable with dogs. I am neat and keep a tidy house. I feel that I can get on well with any pet, even if that means leaving them alone and respecting their space.


I've always attracted and been surrounded by kids and animals alike. Been actively involved in rescue, forster and rehabilitation of animals of all kinds since a very young age. Before I came to UK I had to rehome 3 of my rescue fur babies who were a failed foster as they needed extra care and so became my pets eventually. I miss them terribly and understand the need for trustworthy good care that these babies deserve as I myself struggled to find an actual good home for mine when I had to leave. I can't have pets of my own for now as I don't have a stable home and I miss their company. What better way to spend time with them than being a petsitter!
