Having lived with animals since I was born, I deeply appreciate and respect the different personalities animals have. Re Pet Sitting: Each Pet Sit covers up to 24 hour care in the owner's home. Naturally, I would ensure that your home is as secure as possible with such as; keeping the house and gates locked, and windows - when not in use.               Happy to meet up with and get to know your pet/s ahead of overnight stays.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Also, I offer care of other animals such as rabbits, hamsters, chickens, birds or fish or others - so please do just ask.&nbsp;

Hello! I love looking after animals and have always wanted it to be a part of my career. 
I have studied animal management at college and am now going on to study it at degree level. Looking after friends dogs, cats and working at a small animal hotel has enabled me to have lots of knowledge on many species of animals. So I am able to train, walk, feed and pet sit animals of any different shape and size. I currently own fish tanks and have owned guinea pigs and hamsters in the past but haven't had the space or money for them recently. 
I am very passionate about animal welfare and will ensure that your pets are always happy and safe. I am currently working part time at an aquarium shop so I wouldn't be able to spend all day with your pet. However, I am very flexible on spending time with them in the morning and the evenings and your pets needs would always come first. 

..and, apart of loving animals 24/7, I'm a professional (an engineer), lucky enough to work remotely. I decided to combine flexibility at work with passion for taking care of pets. Could there be anything better than this? :)

As a couple, we have 2 years of housesitting experience with dogs including disabled dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish.

Previously Christian used to have his own dog and also looked after his friend's animals while they were away. 
Marta used to have cats and also spent holidays at her grandparents' farm and has been around animals since childhood. 
Over the past year we have both become intuitive life coaches but we are still currently working in our previous employment role as we go though a transitional period.
Christian is a musician and electrician. 
Marta supports a small property management company with admin work and mostly works from home and her laptop. 
Marta is also a healer and that helps animals to feel comfortable around her, she uses Reiki to support animals when necessary. 
We treat your animals as if our own. 
We spend a lot of time with them being at home and taking them for long walks. We both love nature and long walks. 
We can admit medicine to them, and take them to vet visits if required.

Hello, I'm Victoria and I am from the UK. I was born into a home with 2 dogs, a jack russel, Kelly, and a boxer, Tilly. They were my best friends. Growing up our home was never without a dog. At 16 I was given a sprocker (springer/cocker mix) puppy, Scout, which I trained and cared for until I left home. 
 
 As soon as I moved into a home that allowed pets, I became a fosterer for Battersea Dogs home. To be a foster parent you must go through training and be assessed. I found the training fascinating and the whole experience was very rewarding. I was lucky enough to be given an old English bulldog called Tess to care for before she found her forever home. I also regularly dog sat for my mother in law, she has a bulldog called Sonnie and a French bulldog called Blue.
 
 I moved to New Zealand in 2019 where I first started working for PawShake. I am now back in the UK and I have a dog of my own! Woody the Whippet. 

I am super confident and happy to look after small to medium dogs however, as I am quite petit, a big dog may be too strong for me.
