"I am over the moon that I found Charlotte and decided to book her to look after our dog Saxon. Charlotte is warm, friendly and very professional.
Our dog Saxon has some human/dog aggression and suffers with separation anxiety. Charlotte entered our home calmly and did exactly as we told her ensuring the initial meet and greet went smoothly and in doing so, meant that Saxon stayed calm and wasn’t threatened by Charlottes presence.
We booked Charlotte for 1 week to stay at our home and all the time we were away, we knew that both our home and Saxon were completely safe.
Charlotte followed every instruction that we left her, for both Saxon and our home, with this being the very first time that we have ever used an agency to find a dog sitter, we had some slight worry if we had made the right decision. Charlotte was very good at communicating back to us, keeping us updated on Saxon and answering our messages to her while we were away.
I would 100% book Charlotte again and very much look forward to welcoming her into our home once (or much, much) more.

"Lily looked after our two cats and house sat while we were away recently. She is a conscientious, kind, and trustworthy person, and it was such a comfort knowing everything was in safe hands. Lily is a lovely person and we received daily updates with lots of pictures, which made it great to see the cats happy and content while we were away. The house was spotless when we came back, a true reflection of her care and reliability. We will definitely be using Lily again! Thanks Lily :)"

"Chloe looked after my two kittens for 2 nights / 3 days whilst I was away. Chloe was absolutely wonderful with my kittens! She followed all instructions perfectly, kept them in their routine, and spent plenty of quality time with them playing together. It is the first time I’ve been away from home since they came into my life, so I was a little anxious - but Chloe made me feel at ease through regular updates and photos. It was lovely seeing how quickly they warmed to her - she has a real way with cats. She was also a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking - responsive, polite, and attended an initial meet and greet. I would thoroughly recommend Chloe when you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy sitter!"

"Giulia arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful with my dogs. She was attentive to their needs, kept in great communication throughout, and was always reachable. She sent lots of lovely photo and video updates, which really reassured me that they were happy and well cared for.

"Abigail & Ethan are the perfect dog sitter and house guests! We got regular photo and video updates throughout the trip and it’s so obvious both are true animal lovers. I immediately felt at ease with Abigail and Ethan from our first meet and greet. So incredibly kind, conscientious and great communicators. If you’re looking for someone to give time, attention and love to your pet whilst you’re away, look no further than Abigail and Ethan. "Alex has been an outstanding dog sitter. She has messaged me throughout her stay, giving me updates of the dogs, putting my mind at ease.
She has looked after the dogs with such care, making sure they were cool during the heat wave and even taking them on walks in the morning and late evening!
One of our dogs is strong and difficult to walk, however, Alex put the needs of the dog first and walked him - even our regular dog walker doesn’t walk the dog - so this was truly amazing for us.
Alex is a lovely, kind and caring person who I fully trust with all my dogs. This is the first time I ever used a dog sitter and therefore I was a bit nervous, however, Alex made the whole time easy and I look forward to booking her again! Thank you Alex! "
