"I am over the moon that I found Charlotte and decided to book her to look after our dog Saxon. Charlotte is warm, friendly and very professional. Our dog Saxon has some human/dog aggression and suffers with separation anxiety. Charlotte entered our home calmly and did exactly as we told her ensuring the initial meet and greet went smoothly and in doing so, meant that Saxon stayed calm and wasn’t threatened by Charlottes presence. We booked Charlotte for 1 week to stay at our home and all the time we were away, we knew that both our home and Saxon were completely safe. Charlotte followed every instruction that we left her, for both Saxon and our home, with this being the very first time that we have ever used an agency to find a dog sitter, we had some slight worry if we had made the right decision. Charlotte was very good at communicating back to us, keeping us updated on Saxon and answering our messages to her while we were away. I would 100% book Charlotte again and very much look forward to welcoming her into our home once (or much, much) more. Thank you Charlotte for looking after Saxon, he misses you already!! Xx "

"Leeanna was a fantastic house and pet sitter! She looked after our Aussie shepherd, Guinea pig herd, tortoise and aquarium for 3 nights whilst we were away on holiday. All our animals seemed really happy and well cared for on our return and the house was incredibly clean and tidy. Leeanna kept us up to date with all our animals’ antics and sent us lots of photos. This was our first time leaving our house and animals in someone else’s care so we were a bit nervous. However we made the best choice in Leeanna for sure! She even stayed later on the final day when our flight returned later than expected so our dog wouldn’t have to be by himself for too long! We cannot recommend Leeanna enough and we will certainly be reaching out to her for future pet sits. Thank you so much! "

"I am sure all pet owners worry when they have to leave their pets with someone they don't know well but with Marina there was definitely no need to worry. She looked after my two dachshunds and one cat so well, she sent videos to me more than once a day which helped me relax while away from home. The videos were so funny, watching her talk to the dogs while out walking made me laugh so much. The dogs loved being with her and I would not hesitate to ask her to pet sit for me again. She was fantastic, can't praise her enough. The dogs were obviously glad to see me on my return but after a few hours I think they were looking for Marina! Absolutely great, would give more than five stars if I could. Hilary"

"Mia sat our two rescues for a fortnight and did a fantastic job, it was great seeing how happy the dogs were coming and going on the doorbell and she was very considerate about their needs, such as keeping them calm through a thunderstorm and walking them at times to avoid the heat. "Giulia arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful with my dogs. She was attentive to their needs, kept in great communication throughout, and was always reachable. She sent lots of lovely photo and video updates, which really reassured me that they were happy and well cared for. I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in such good hands. "It was our first time getting a cat/house sitter for our 2 cats - a former stray and her daughter. One of them has recently developed anxiety when we go away overnight (even with neighbours dropping in to feed them twice a day), so we decided to look into a house sitter to avoid more vets bills. We found Eloise who was reasonably priced and has previous experience with rescue cats. Our cats like quiet and calm people and are easily startled by loud noises, people who move quickly and will run away. Prior to the weekend stay Eloise came over to meet us and both cats to properly introduce herself which was appreciated. We created a small information sheet of their routines (including morning medication) and what they liked and disliked. Eloise took this information onboard and was everything we needed her to be - our cats loved her and we felt very confident whilst away as we were sent photos and videos of Eloise with our floofs daily. We would highly recommend Eloise and will definitely be contacting her again."

"David and his partner have been so gentle with our dogs when we were on holiday especially the younger one is so anxious. They provided daily walks to them and gave them love while we were away.
