Hi! I'm Rhea and I'm based in Gosport, Hampshire. I grew up surrounded by pets and I now have my own tabby cat, Phoebe. As a pet owner, I understand how important it is to find the right carer for your pet. I also appreciate that it can be a little daunting entrusting this person to look after them. However, I am very caring, sensible, and understand that each pet has different needs.  I'm familiar with caring for animals with specific dietary needs, medical conditions or behavioural issues. 
When my family and friends are away for work or on holiday, I often look after their cats, dogs, hamsters, and rabbits. I'm hoping to spend more time caring for animals as I teach online as my main job, but my work schedule is flexible so I can arrange to be available during the morning, afternoon or evening. 
I offer home visits: I'm happy to discuss how long I should stay with any pets as I understand some really dislike being home alone. Also, let me know if you would like basic tasks done, such as watering the plants and bringing in the mail! I'm very careful regarding security measures. I always ensure I leave the house secure and any pets safe. I've cared for house cats before so I understand concerns that they remain safely indoors. 
I usually walk dogs for 30-60 minutes on average, but I'm happy to adjust this according to different preferences.

Hi! My name is Ida and I live in Southampton with my partner and our cat Elrond.

I've had cats all my life, which has made me a massive cat lover and given me a lot of knowledge about how to look after them so they stay happy and healthy. Although I'm new to Pawshake, I have been a cat sitter for almost two years. Having looked after many different cats, I appreciate that every cat has its own lovely personality and individual needs. You can count on me to offer your cat lots of cuddles, but also respect their personal space!

I'm responsible, organised and reliable, and my schedule is flexible as I work from home.

It's important to me that your cat feels safe and happy. If you book me as your cat sitter, I will arrange to meet with you and your cat beforehand for free, give your cat fresh food and water daily, clean the bowls and litter trays, make lots of time for play and cuddles, and send you daily updates and photos.
I'm also happy to water the plants, collect the post and take the bins out if needed.

I have been a dog sitter since the age of 16. This was when I had the opportunity to look after my next-door neighbour's dog every weekend. I was very focused on making sure the owner was happy with the routine I had set out for her dog so that the dog would feel at ease in everyday life with their owner.

I am a 28 year old female that works from home full time as an International Technologist in the food industry working flexible hours, which means i can offer round the clock care, cuddles &amp; walks to pets.&nbsp;Our base is in Hythe, set by the beach with lovely walks and pet-friendly areas on our doorstep but i travel around a lot in the UK doing full time house sitting with my partner who is a garden landscaper / labourer.We love exploring new places and adore animals so house sitting suits us down to a tee.We have been full time house sitters for the last 6 months, slowly working our way round the UK and have done so back to back with out any breaks. We have experience of staying in a variety of houses and have looked after animals of all shapes &amp; sizes from cockapoos to german shepherd's and malamute dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, chickens &amp; ducks, fish (including cold water, tropical &amp; pond) and even alpacas. We also have handfuls of experience of administrating medication to dogs &amp; cats, from pills to injection. I love pets and animals, especially dogs! I am a young student so love being outdoors and active whenever I find time away from my studies. I am home for the summer so have lots of spare time where usually I'd be walking alone so some company would be lovely and spending time around animals is my happy place! I am 21 years old, doing a degree from home and pet-sitting on the side. I have always loved animals of all kinds from a young age. This has led to me dog-sitting, cat-sitting (and even lizard-sitting!) for family and friends for approximately 5 years. I have a golden labrador who is now 12 years old, so I also have experience of living with a dog. I’ve always had a dog since I was a small child. Big ones, little ones, naughty ones, smart ones, pure breeds and mongrels! All were special to me in their own way and gave me much joy. After losing my most recent terrier to old age, I started to look after friends and neighbours dogs to fill the gap left by the lack of wet nose and paw prints and then decided to set up my own business ‘Woofmother’. And I have been busy ever since!
I have looked after a variety of dogs over the years, particularly nervous dogs, those with separation anxiety, behavioural issues and those who find difficulty with social interaction (whether with humans or other dogs). I have experience with senior dogs and those with health issues. I am pet first aid trained, fully insured and Enhanced DBS check certified.
I have also looked after people’s cats and small furries and I used to run a smallholding, so I’m adept at looking after most types of animals and have personally owned several dogs, a feral cat, ducks, chickens, sheep and pigs! I am an all round animal lover!
I offer pet-sitting services in your home, drop-ins and dog walking. For drop-ins, I can administer medication, feed, walk, play, empty litter trays or just provide company and cuddles. I can do day sits, evening sits or overnight sits. I can walk your dog for half an hour or an hour depending on their needs. This includes solo walking and walking in secure dog parks for particularly reactive dogs.
