"Eilidh is responsive, professional and kind. As a dog parent, travelling has always been a major consideration, somewhat a dread if I’m honest as I’m always worried about the little ones. Eilidh made my trip possible, enabling me to have some “me” time.
Some of the highlights:
- Responsiveness: Outstanding communication. Eilidh responded with 15 minutes at all times, pre, during and post dog sitting.
- Genuine love for the dogs: Eilidh was welcome to go out for a few hours per day, but she rarely left the dogs. Maximum time she left the dogs was 2 hours in a 24 hour period. This was over a four day period. This is wonderful to see as Eilidh genuinely wanted to spend time with them despite she had my permission to go out for longer. She also slept on the sofa to keep the dogs company as they were not allowed in bedrooms.
- Transparency: I was able to leave Furbo on to keep an eye on things. Complete trust and transparency.
- Toy breed: Eilidh looked after my toy breed dogs, appreciating that at 2kg they are much more fragile so Eilidh was very careful with them
- Mixed ages: From the age of 4 months to 8 years.
- Medication administration: One of my senior dogs has a heart problem, Eilidh administered the medication punctually and correctly.
- Diet: Dogs are raw fed, Eilidh handled raw meat with ease.
- House maintenance: My home was well maintained, a respectful guest.
I am a repeat customer of Eilidh and will continue to be, as a professional working in the city, Eilidh has given me the freedom to travel knowing that my little ones will be well cared for. I would highly recommend her!"

"Sandy stayed at my home for 2 nights whilst I went away for a few days. Sandy came a couple of times before staying at my home to meet my pets, go for a dog walk and run through feeding, how the house works, eg tv, shower, oven. Everything was clean and tidy when I got back. I sent a couple of texts whilst I was away, which she replied to. I will definitely use Sandy again, she's very friendly and obviously loves animals. "

"Jo looked after our elderly cat with numerous health issues, and he also required medication at specific times during the day. We were nervous leaving him with someone we didn't know, especially for 5 days. After we spoke with Jo, we were assured as she was calm and kind. While we were away, Jo kept us updated. When we returned home, our cat was very calm and happy. He is normally stressed when we are away - so we know he was very well cared for and looked after. I highly recommend Jo. "

"Olga has been excellent from start to finish! She was very helpful in our initial correspondence and punctual on arrival. She ensured our puppy’s every need was met, including making sure any Christmas decorations weren’t destroyed! "Nathan is an excellent pet and house sitter - polite, punctual, professional, friendly and a total natural with pets. He took time to get to know Eddie the Jackapoo before staying with him and was very caring and responsive to his needs and doggy eccentricities. "Alia house and dog sat for us over Christmas and did a wonderful job. Ralph is not an easy dog as he is a large and very nervous rescue but she came and met him a few times before her stay won him over quickly and they were proper buddies by her stay.
She sent lots of pictures, kept the house immaculate and was even flexible with finish times when we had travel difficulties returning home. We would highly recommend. "

"To be precise Sarah did not stay overnight, but came to the house to spend a few hours with Monty during the day. I cannot fault her in any way. She travelled a long way from her home in Exmouth to look after Monty in Exeter. She kept us up-dated at all times regarding her journey and indeed regarding how she could best look after Monty. Our cockapoo had a wonderful time with Sarah - she gave hime a good deal of attention and took him out for walks in the city whilst we were away. Sarah is a very reliable and caring person. I recommend her most highly."

"We can’t thank Anya enough for taking care of our shi tzu puppy while we were away for few days. She is so caring and loves to spend time with pets, such lovely and joyful person, communication with her was great from the very beginning (her daily updates were so detailed that i did not even need to ask further questions, just enjoyed the photos with our dog), we felt we could trust our puppy and house with her.
She even bought a toy for Daisy and now it became our dogs favorite toy to play. How sweets is that ?!
We truly recommend Anya and we will definitely book her again.
