I have over 8 years experience looking after dogs and cats of all ages/breeds/temperaments. From house sitting to drop in visits I have you covered.&nbsp;
My experience is with rescue dogs, senior dogs, puppies, kittens/cats . I treat all animals as if they were my own.&nbsp;
Daily walks, play time and social time is key to keeping your animals occupied and stimulated. I live close to a handful of dog friendly parks, Heaton park/Daisy Nook . Each dog will be kept on lead unless you specify otherwise.&nbsp;
Providing your animals care information is a necessity. ( registered vets information/ medication schedule/ dietary restrictions/ feeding times ect ) .I will also ask you to provide your animals daily routine so I can make sure it is carried out when you are away. It’s important routines are still kept as normal as possible and not disrupted too much.
I always recommend a meet and greet prior to bookings. This gives us chance to talk through anything you need too and also see if we are a good fit! If this isn't possible due to it being a last minute bookings - not to worry notes will also help :)&nbsp;
At the moment I offer dog boarding, house sitting, drop in visits, walks, day care and can also provide a pet taxi service if needed.&nbsp;

I have volunteered at a dog rescue for 4 years (mostly bully breeds)  and have fostered 28 dogs while managing a doggy davcare and training facility in Sydney, Australia. I have moved to the UK and really miss being around dogs so I'm wanting to continue pet sitting and dog walking here.

My name is Laura and I'm 28 y/o.&nbsp;
I'm a huge animal lover and I'm studying multiple qualifications to become a veterinary physiotherapist in the future. At the moment I work in a vet hospital a theatre technician during surgeries, and do some volunteering in a rehab clinic for dogs whilst getting my Hydrotherapist certificate there. I've got two kittens, Miko and Beanie, and I love them to bits. My lovely Leona is the floof that you see on my profile pics. She's always had a very delicate health which got me familiar with the many sorts of medications that I had to treat her with. She sadly passed this March of a cardiac arrest after 12 years, and lately  had me thinking that I actually would love to continue caring for others pets as much as I cared for her and I care for my cats.
In terms of pet sitting, I aim to stay for an hour with them as standard. I will keep you updated at all times with photos and videos of your furry babies, and will ensure they meet their needs whenever I am with them, hygienic standards included. As already mentioned, I am familiar with providing medications, so there is absolutely no problem for me to follow any instructions you might have from your vet.I'm a canine first aider and I'm qualified in Animal Care level 2, whilst studying also  Animal welfare level 4. In the past I worked at a doggy day care, whilst working also as a manager of a restaurant at the Trafford Centre. I've also volunteered in an Aquarium where I assisted when the vet needed help with the turtles. I've cleaned tanks and fed them. I've also helped a few times one of my friends with her two rats.&nbsp;
Now that I decided to pursue my job career is when I'm fully focusing in animal related jobs and that is why I am here trying this app!&nbsp;
I've always had pets, mainly stray cats until when I was 15 when my mum and I adopted Leona's mum, my first dog, Lucy. Two years later she would give birth to Leona who would become my whole world and the reason behind my future goals within the vet industry.
About myself... I am a very calm person who enjoys drawing, singing and reading and travelling on her own. I studied an undergraduate in Performing Arts specialising in Musicals back in Spain, and now I'm half way through an Bsc(hons) in Classical Studies, whilst getting my veterinary qualifications. I'm extremely determined and love learning new things all the time. I'm a fan of all sort of activities related to getting lost in the nature. Yes, those that get you in survival mode! I also adore being wrapped in a blanket with my cats watching Netflix, and cooking every now and then all the Spanish dishes I cannot have around here.

About me
I have a beautiful rescue dog named Lola, who is a big and goody bundle of love. I have grown up having cats and we unfortunately lost our beautiful Nettie (a calico rescue cat) earlier this year and have been missing spending time with cats ever since! I am confident looking after both animals, and have also had rabbits so can look after smaller animals also. 
I love taking Lola on long woodland walks, and apart from my passion for animals I am also an avid traveller, and have volunteered in Greece looking after a family of cats and dogs on a small Greek farm! 
I am motivated to take care of animals and pets not only because they are so cute and fun to be around, but I also really value animal rights. Hey! I'm Liz, I'm 37 and originally from Stafford but have lived in Manchester for 10 years and this is my “forever home” now (I love the North West having gone to uni in Preston).
I work in Finance for a big clothing brand but now I work from home 95% of the time.
I’ve been catsitting in people's homes since 2016 on the CatInAFlat site, and I’ve completed 350+ separate holiday bookings since on that site (god knows how many visits in total that would have been), so you could say I’m tried and trusted :)
I have my own rescue moggie Tobias, who used to live in a hoarding situation with 100 cats. He now lives the life of Riley! This was after a few years of me being in rented flats which didn’t allow pets - hence becoming a catsitter to fill the void! Back home with my parents is my cat in my profile pic, Hebe, who is about 17 now. She is a rescue cat who was a teenage mum and got kicked out of her old house. I miss her very much as I don't tend to go back very often. She’s a tortoiseshell same as my first cat, Sparkie, who I watched being born in my friend's wardrobe age 6 and had til she passed away after a long and happy life. I've also had Moochie, a black and white rescue cat who we looked after in her twilight years; she had a broken jaw having been hit by a car. She was a sweet old lady (except on occasion when there was handbags and she used to whack Sparkie!)
You can rely on me to dote on your babies and treat (and sing in cat language to) them as if they were my own. Many sitters only visit for 20 mins or so but my visits are at least 45 mins and often longer in the evening if you have Netflix or Sky! (I think I’m the only person left in the western world to only have Freeview) I enjoy just being there and keeping your cats company; making sure they're not just fed, watered and cleaned out, but also don't get lonely while you're gone. It makes me very happy and also hopefully minimises the "cat sulk" on your return! (It’s nice to see some different surroundings too since being stuck WFH during the pandemic)! I don’t take on more than 3 bookings in 1 day unless I can WFH from there, which means I can spend enough time with each and feed them at a reasonable hour.&nbsp;
I'm one of those people who stops and chats to every cat sat on a wall, much to the bemusement of anyone watching. (Crap with children, but I'm fluent in feline). I’ve yet to sit a cat so far that I didn’t become friends with. (Dreamies obviously help, but I’d like to think it wasn’t purely cupboard love)
I will spam you with photos and videos every day while you are away for peace of mind, and tell you what they've been up to. Having a sitter in (their) own home is stress on your cats than a cattery! On that note, having a sitter has the added benefit of us looking after your property, having the lights on in the evening or opening curtains so burglars don't think you're away! Plus taking the bins out, collecting post etc. Anything to make your life easier please just mention. If I can be helpful - I will be helpful - for no extra charge. I'm also a dab hand with a houseplant so I can try and keep those alive for you. If you want me to clip your cat’s claws, I can do this for an additional £5 per cat (danger money!) and if you want any advice on quality food (I spend hours researching and have tested most...well Tobias has!) or which litter or toys may be best etc ask anytime as I’ve experienced a wide range of both through my time catsitting!

My name is Anusha and I'm a 19-year-old first year student at the University of Manchester. I'm currently living in Dalton Ellis Hall, Conyngham Road although next year I will be in Denmark Road near University Place. I am here for my undergrad degree in Business Management with an industrial year. 
I absolutely love and adore dogs, infact I have had 3 of my own back in my home country for more than 10 years. I had a fully grown german shephard and 2 lhasa apsos. I used to take them for long walks, clean and bathe them and administer medicines when they get sick. I prefer spending quality time with them during the day and evening, however for an overnight sitting my accommodation would not allow me to do so. I feel dogs act as the best stress buster for me and instantly cheer me up. This will surely help me during exam times and my day to day university routine. 
I would prefer the dogs I borrow to be vaccinated for my personal safety. I would also prefer them to be friendly and fun loving. I dont mind small, medium and large dogs, although very large dogs can be a little difficult for me to handle alone. 
Lastly, I assure the dog owner that their dog will be taken good care of :)
