"Ann came to the rescue to stay with my cat overnight when I had to go away. She was excellent at replying to messages, coming to the house for a meet and greet, giving medication, organising a complicated food regime and giving updates. Most importantly she was able to give my poorly cat the care and attention she needed when I wasn’t able to be there. I can’t thank Ann enough. "

"Steph isn't just a cat sitter, she is your pets new best friend! She looked after our cats (who can be a handful!) for 11 nights straight and provided us with constant videos and photos to keep us at ease whilst we were away. She sends thoughtful messages from your fur babies too which is a lovely touch and makes being away more bearable. She goes above and beyond, making sure they are played with and cared for as if they were her own - one of our cardboard cat scratchers broke and she went out and replaced it for us to make sure they weren't without. On top of all of that we came home to a spotless house, a garden with watered plants and two very very happy and relaxed cats. They absolutely love her, they are usually scared of new people but took to Steph like they'd known her their whole lives. She is very knowledgeable on pets and their welfare and is constantly improving through courses, books, etc. If anything seems slightly off about your animal she will let you know right away - one of our boys has digestive problems so anytime he had a runny stool she let us know and kept and eye on him to find the cause. If you want the absolute best care for your animal, Steph should be your choice!"

"We cannot thank Faye enough for looking after our two babies whilst on holiday! Faye visited us twice before her stay and listened to all our concerns and worries instantly putting them at ease. She also asked her own questions which assured us everything we had said had been listened to. We have two elderly and more complex needs cats and she looked after them amazingly. She gave medicine and stuck to their feeding and daily routines. We received daily updates, photographs and videos which helped us relax on holiday. Both the cats took to her instantly and would sit on her knee, sleep and sit next to her around the house. The house was spotless upon our return and we could tell the cats had been well looked after. Faye even brought the bin in and opened the gate for the gardener which is beyond what would be expected in her role. Our cats were happy, well fed and had nice healthy shiny coats. We would 100% recommend Faye to anyone and would love to have her back in the future. Thank you Faye <3"

"Can't explain how at peace and confident Catherine has made us feel. First holiday in six years after a bad experience with another sitter. We feel that happy we are planning our next already. "Becky was an exceptional cat sitter. Becky looked after our 4 year old Cat Moose and our 3 month old kitten Dotty. Having only having Dotty for 3 weeks we were nervous leaving her for long stretches of time by herself so asked Becky to house sit as well as cat sit for a long weekend while we were on holiday. Becky was so understanding and put our minds at ease when we had our consultation. When she arrived at the house she was punctual and communicated really well how everything would work. When we left for the holiday she put my mind at ease when I texted her about the welfare of the cats and sent beautiful and detailed Whatsapp updates including pictures and videos on how they were getting on. She was really respectful of our house and looked after our cats so beautifully. I was so grateful for her professionalism and also the great care and love she gave our pets. She is an amazing cat sitter that I will look forward to booking again. "

"Our pup had an amazing time with Joanne! Joanne picked her up in the morning at 9.30 and cared for her right up untill 9.30 the next morning. She stayed overnight whilst we were getting married, the bridesmaids got ready at our house and left quite the mess, Joanne even tidied it up - may seem irrelevent but after a long day not having to tidy went a mile! 🤣 we can't thank her enough for her service! Will definately book again should we require."
