I'm Dilma, We are a family-run home boarding service with a genuine love for animals, especially dogs. My children have grown up around dogs and share the same passion for caring for them.

As a stay-at-home mum, I provide a true “home from home” boarding experience. Dogs staying with us will have company and supervision for most of the day, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

We share our home with our friendly French Bulldog, Spike, who enjoys meeting new canine friends.

Every dog in our care is treated as part of the family, and we’ll keep you updated throughout their stay with regular photos and videos for your peace of mind.

Our home is a spacious semi-detached house with a secure, fully fenced garden, providing plenty of room for play, exercise, and relaxation.

A Typical Day.

- Daily walks in the local area

- Visits to nearby parks for exercise and enrichment

- Plenty of cuddles, attention, and companionship

For safety, dogs will remain on lead during walks unless specifically agreed otherwise and only if they have excellent recall.

Before Your Dog’s Stay.

To help us provide the best possible care, please let us know:

Your dog’s daily routine (feeding, exercise, and toileting)

Dietary requirements, preferences, or allergies

Any medical conditions or medications

Behavioural traits or concerns

Whether your dog experiences anxiety when left alone

Any habits such as chewing or resource guarding

How they behave when out on walks and their recall ability

Any special requirements or preferences

The more information you provide, the better we can tailor your dog’s stay and make them feel at home.

Meet & Greet

We are happy to arrange a meet-and-greet before booking, giving you the opportunity to visit our home, meet Spike, and ensure we’re the right fit for your dog.

Meeting Our Resident Dog, Spike 🐶

We believe in being completely transparent about our resident French Bulldog, Spike.

Spike isn’t particularly social or playful with other dogs.

During meet-and-greets, he may initially react due to being protective of his home and territory. However, he settles quickly and generally prefers to do his own thing, spending most of his day sleeping in his bed.

If you would like, we can introduce Spike to your dog during the meet-and-greet to ensure everyone is comfortable before booking.

- What to Bring for Your Dog’s Stay 💼

*Please bring:

🍖 Food – Please provide enough food for your dog’s stay and let us know their feeding schedule and portion sizes.

🥣 Food and Water Bowls – Many dogs prefer using their own bowls.

🛏️ Bed or Blanket – Familiar smells help dogs settle more comfortably in a new environment.

🐾 Lead and Harness/Collar

💊 Any Medication – Along with clear instructions if applicable.

🏥 Registered Vet Details – For your dog’s safety and our records.

🐶 And of course, your dog! 🥰

- Drop-Off & Collection 🚪

For boarding bookings, drop-off and collection times will be according to the times agreed and confirmed through the booking platform.

- Day Care Hours 🕑

Day care drop-off and collection times are:

Drop-off: 7:00am – 9:00am

Collection: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

- Collections after 6:00pm will be charged as an overnight boarding stay, with collection the following morning.

- Extended Stays

We are happy to accommodate longer stays, subject to availability.

We speak English and Portuguese.
