Hello, my name is Kirsty.
I am a Registered veterinary nurse and work in a referal
surgery. I treat felines, canines and exotic animals.
As a nurse I have a vast amount of knowledge including first aid and critical care, nutrition, medical and giving medication to all species.
Due to my choice in career I do sometimes work long hours and weekends but I will discuss this and shift hours with you directly.
I am very passionate about animals and caring for animals. I have had animals all my life ranging from mammals to exotics. I have experience with horses as well small animal species.
I offer dog walking and dog/cat sitting at your home whether it is Just house visits or overnight stays. I am also happy to look after any exotic animals.
I am the proud owner of a doberman puppy called Deano, and 2 cats called Toulouse and Sweep who I adore. Sweep was a stray cat who slowly moved her way in. Toulouse was a rescue from work, his owners opted for euthanasia do to his injuries but I couldn’t give up on the bundle of fluff and his now fit and healthy causing destruction where ever he goes.
I have recently been to South Africa to work with larger animals and had the privilege to help collar lions and help to stop the rhino horn trade by taking DNA samples of the horns. It was a very rewarding and interesting experience and a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Kirsty took really good care of our cat while we were on holiday. She's friendly, reliable and the fact that she's a vet nurse reassured me that our cat was in good hands. Thank you again.
