Hi, I'm Gemma and I've lived in Martinscroft, Woolston for 13 years with my husband and 3 youngest children. I'm a university tutor still teaching Business Management part time but my passions are animals and gardening so I love visiting your pets in their own home environment taking care of their needs where they live so that they are not disturbed by having to leave their home. I've kept fish indoors and outdoors along with chickens for years along with having family dogs and cats all my life. Currently we have. shorkie called Cali and two British blue short hair cats. We also have a tortoise at home so reptile care is also an option. I've been helping out friends and neighbours with pet sitting for years too. I'm happy to do daily or twice daily visits and to sort out wheelie bins, deliveries and post too if you're on holiday. When visiting your pets I will check water and feed levels, empty litter trays or clean away droppings. I can replace hay and forage and check sawdust and make changes. I can collect and store eggs from chickens or ducks. I can turn lights, hear lamps or heaters on and off for reptiles and fish and check temperatures. Tell me what your pets needs are and I'll do my best to meet them exactly. Friendly cat that wants to play? Purrfect, I'll stay and play for up to 30 minutes. Grumpy cat that wants me to stay away? Still purrfect, I'll be in and out with as little fuss possible! Communication by WhatsApp, text, email or messaging - whichever you prefer.
