As a Hongkonger who moved to the UK two years ago, I had to make a heartbreaking choice. My elderly dog and cat couldn’t endure the long journey, so I stayed by their side until they passed. Only then did I start my new life here. Now, I hope to become a pet sitter to reconnect with the love and comfort animals bring.
