About me

Hi! I’m Simi, and I’m currently a drama student studying Stage and Screen Acting in Hammersmith. I absolutely love animals and the companionship they bring! I’ve grown up with cats my whole life, and my family currently have two of our own, Tiny and Storm. They’ve taught me so much about responsibility and the importance of understanding each animal’s individual personality, as they are both such big characters! I’ve also had two hamsters over the years and have looked after friends’ and families’ rabbits and birds. I’ve always wanted a dog myself, so I’ve regularly looked after friends’ and family members’ dogs when they’ve needed someone they can trust. I genuinely enjoy getting to know different animals and making sure they feel happy, comfortable and cared for.

Why me?

Past owners/ families I’ve helped have always described me as reliable, caring and responsible, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m happy to look after animals of all kinds and am especially comfortable with dogs, cats, and rabbits/ guinea pigs. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits and home stays. My term-time accommodation doesn’t allow pets, so I’m unable to have animals stay with me, but I’m very happy to travel to owners’ homes in the surrounding areas! Depending on your pets routine I can help with walks feeding freshwater playtime companionship letting dogs out and other usual care tasks. I'm happy to follow your pets normal routine and any specific instructions you leave!

Availability

I’m school until 5:30pm Monday to Wednesday and 6:30pm on Thursdays. I’m free Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Drop-ins are available after 5:30pm on weekdays, or twice daily Friday-Sunday. Home stays are available Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Dog walks can be arranged around my availability and your pet’s needs.

Regarding roots used during dog walks, I will find the safest and suitable area around your home avoiding busy streets and prioritising large open spaces for your dog to fulfil its daily exercise needs thoroughly. I'm currently based in Chiswick and am very familiar with the surrounding areas, and can discuss roots with you prior to taking your dog out.

I will keep you updated throughout my time with your pet including regular photos and messages so that you can see how they're getting on. If an emergency ever arises, I would contact you straight away, follow your emergency instructions (which I would have discussed with you beforehand), and contact your vet when necessary. Your pet's safety and well-being would always come first.
