I am available to walk your anxious or reactive dog!

I have an anxious toy poodle myself and I have mastered how to ensure she gets a decent amount of exercise and enjoys her outdoor time while feeling safe and without interference from other dogs and I would love to do this for your anxious babies as well.

I will never take your dog off leash! Even if they have amazing recall, it's not that I don't trust your dog- I don't trust everyone else's and I won't put your dog in a position where I can't intervene on their behalf if they're being approached by other dogs (we don't care if "it's ok they're friendly!")

I will never walk your dog WITH any other dogs. Unless they come from the same household. Not even my own. I can't believe it when I see other dog walkers, walking with an entire pack of a mix of on and off leash dogs. I would NEVER give them responsibility of my dog- it's an accident waiting to happen- and I would never do that to yours either. Your dog will have my full attention for the duration of the time we are together.

Happy to be guided by your dogs needs but I grew up with border collies (30kg) and I now have the worlds most energetic poodle (4kg). I have 20+ years experience with breeds need a stimulating, enriching capital W WALK and luckily I'm an avid hiker who loves getting her steps in!! Always happy to go at a gentle pace if that's what your baby needs but just know I'm more than happy with getting as many km's into our allotted time as possible to ensure your dog spends the rest of their day enjoying a well deserved nap.

As an additional service I am VERY comfortable taking dogs on public transport. If this is something your dog struggles with and you'd like them to be more comfortable doing this, I am happy to work with your dog on this and we will travel to a destination walking spot via train.
