Hi, I’m Natalie, owner of Flancy Pets 🧡

I’ve been running my professional dog walking and pet-care business in Chelmsford for around four years, and I now offer licensed home boarding and doggy daycare from my family home.

I live in a four-bedroom detached home with a large, fully enclosed garden, along with my family and our friendly black Labrador, Hattie. Dogs staying with me become part of the household – think home from home rather than kennels. There’s plenty of space to play, relax and find a quiet spot when they need one.

I’m experienced in dog behaviour and body language, regularly complete pet first-aid training, and take a calm, structured approach to the dogs in my care. I keep numbers small so I can properly supervise everyone and make sure the dogs staying together are genuinely well suited.

Daycare can include walks, garden time, enrichment, play and plenty of downtime. Home boarding includes the same care, with your dog staying overnight as part of our family.

Because this is my family home, dogs must be friendly with children and other dogs, and I always arrange a meet beforehand to make sure we’re the right fit.

My priority is simple: safe, happy dogs who feel completely at home while their owners are away. 🐾🧡
